The bed was hard and if you moved it squeaked. The little couch was totally wore out.

Everything from checking in to out was fantastic.. Room was great! Slept well and nice area. Employees very nice.. Breakfast was great also! My sister even said it was a lovely quiet hotel. My chihuahua enjoyed it too,he and I needed a little trip away.

Except for the slow water flow for the bathroom tub. Took awhile but at least it was warm. If I came back again love for it to be fixed. Didn't like deposit 😕 never had to pay in my 30yrs but I hope to receive it back. If I do I ll be returning to stay because i had a great time.

The location was perfect coming from the Cardinals stadium and going to the zoo.

Could have had better breakfast selection, b&g was not very good, breads were stale, juices were bad.

The breakfast was nice and the staff.

Room was okay but the bed sheets were stained, the couch was disgusting did not touch or go near it stained and discolored. The lobby is not welcoming its so dark and dead looking.

There was no water in the pool for swimming (you should update your booking website), I had very disappointed kids. There was no hot breakfast, one lady was warming biscuits in a microwave for cold watery gravy. No waffles as expected (again, update if you will not have these amenities). There was dried blood on our bathroom walls, I took pictures of. You could draw in the dust on all the furniture in the room. Floors were not swept, tub was clogged with who knows what and the sink wouldn’t drain. We had no trash cans in either room, nor did we have shower curtain, we called front desk to complain, not one thing done about it. I had to send a child down to get a shower curtain and they sent them back up with them. No offering to fix anything. Our fridge had plenty of mold in it! To where I didn’t not want to store food or drinks for my children in it.

I like that the location was very close to our event. I like that a free breakfast was provided (very limited choices- cereal, coffee, yogurt, danish, no hot food). I also like that the check in was quick and easy. I also like that I was able to bring my dog. I was granted a late check out that helped accommodate our event attendance.

I didn't like that our room was half cleaned. The bathroom contained old towels one of which was hanging from the shower curtain. There was also pink soap stains left around the tub. The room stated no smoking but the building and room smelled like smoke. Also the indoor pool was advertised but not in working condition during our stay.

Facility was Clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and there was hot water.

Inside the hotel, especially on the floors smell like stanking bath towels! it has a really sweaty booty order as soon as you enter the building. That was a turn off and made it uncomfortable. The cable service was horrible. The hot water only last for less than 5 minutes than I end up finishing with cold water.
