I HATED having to go thru the process you put me thru in having to 'verify myself ' and having to do so several times...AFTER I had already paid for the room previously. And then due to YOUR inept systems, I had to call you as well. I can't give you higher than a '2' for that reason. The walls are thin and worse being close to the front door.
Read above. A woman at the airport tried to help took a picture of my passport to reduce glare, and THAT didn't work either. I just don't feel it should be on the customer to get things right. The bright spot came from one of your employees to help make things right by giving us free lasagnes after not being able to make the code work. Turns out we were at the wrong building. But you had little to no directions.

location ok. walking distance to the airport - although it’s not easy to find the way to or from the airport as a pedestrian

The hostel is in waking distance from the airport. Self-accommodation system is easy. The facility has shared kitchen and bathroom, and it is convenient enough for a short stay.
The price is not very friendly for the hostel accommodation, but not many options around.

The location is awful. Really scary area in the middle of the parking, at night it was just crazy!

Booking sends some "PIN code", which gives no access.

Lovely hostel! Very clean, comfortable beds and beautiful view from the window. The room was equipped with kitchen flatware, cups, microwave, fridge and a tv. The only problem we encountered was the location, it's close to the airport but the route was not so clear. We took our chance and decided to walk, but soon realized we got lost. I'd recommend to take a taxi for the first time. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you!

Close to the airport
Hostel with old installations, no staff, dirty restrooms, not well signalized (as there is another Forenon close with other number). With no staff is really difficult to find where to go. Not that easy to go walking from the airport during winter.

The location is really close to the airport. Clean room and clean shower place.
The check-in process takes me 15 mins with the online check-in. Luckily they have what's app support. Recommended to check in earlier before you go there.
