Receptionen frågade vid incheckning om man ville ha städning mellan dygnen vilket kändes lite fattigt. Sedan hittade vi kvarlämnade använda kalsonger ocg strumpor i garderoben

Location, big breakfast selection and seating area, comfortable lobby, music in the halls outside the elevator area, nice room, good blockout curtains, sauna and pool.
Sauna and pool have limited opening hours and with so many hotel guests it often got crowded.
Make pancakes for everyone, not just children.

Zimmer und Bad waren in Ordnung
Riesen Hotel mit Massenabfertigung. Man muss eine Nummer ziehen, damit man an der Rezeption einchecken kann.

Struttura centrale, proprio dietro la stazione Kammpi. Staff gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita con ogni comfort.
Colazione varia con attenzione alle allergie alimentari.
Unico piccolissima lamentela: il cappuccino e L’Espresso a colazione sarebbe opportuno includerli nell’offerta.

Location was very good. It was easy to find and about a five minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. Most of the city was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful in assisting when I had a problem. Breakfast, while quite busy, was good.
Less busy at breakfast. I wasn't a fan of the queuing system when I checked in but this may be in part because I had been travelling all day, just wanted to get to my hotel room but there was a queue of people

Lovely hotel which is very close to the central train station and easy to walk into the centre of town from. The hotel has great sauna and pool facilities. we had a fabulous breakfast, lots to choose from cooked, continental and local Finnish delicacies and we also had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant too.

The restaurant Manu. They forgot to put our order through to the kitchen we waited 1.30 hours to get nothing they were not busy. Not even an apology we walked out to find something to eat elsewhere.

The on-site restaurant had a large booking one evening so stopped taking hotel guests for evening meal. this was not communicated to hotel staff or guests, not ideal to work all day and then not able to eat at the hotel when returning after 9pm.
