Friendly & courteous

My experience at Keys Hotel was most enjoyable. The hotel has everything it needs for a great stay: comfortable bungalows, a very nice pool and a restaurant on a nice veranda, which offers a large selection of excellent dishes from different cuisines (local, Indian, Chinese, and even a dedicated pizza baker). The location is also very convenient as you can easily walk into town from the hotel. The cherry on the cake is the lovely personnel that truly makes you feel like you are at home and gave my stay a very familiar touch - from the porter over the team at reception to the waiters and waitresses (Marietha and Charles, to name only two). Everybody there is really caring and so open and warm-hearted. I can most warmly recommend Keys Hotel to everybody.

It is a nice place. Room was clean and staff were friendly and willing to help.

Our room faced main street and was a bit noisy but we were tired enough so... hey... we slept!. The general state of hotel is a bit tired. Could do with some renovation and a coat of paint. Somehow pics are a bit better than reality.

This hotel is in a good location in Moshi. Its main attraction in my view is the open terraced areas for eating and entertainment which brings people together nicely (and in a nice airy environment - important in these COVID times). We enjoyed the pizzas cooked on site. We were in one of the round cabin rooms at the back of the hotel. Like the rest of the hotel they are a bit old but still functional.

The hotel is what it is - and it is fine for staying in. However I think prices are too high for the quality of accommodation provided.

Very Good

Keys was a nice hotel for relaxing by pool. Also a great location, easy to walk to many places. And a bonus; hands down the best shower (and hot water) I have ever had in Tanzania!

No housekeeping seemed to happen during my 4 day visit. Would have been nice to have garbage cleaned and more toilet paper, etc.
