La camera, la pulizia, i servizi e le dotazioni per bagno. La camera è molto puoita ed accogliente, ci sono tutti gli accessori di cui si ha bisogno ed anche un bel frigo pieno di bevande. Acqua gratis, la tv funziona bene e il letto è comodissimo. La colazione buona e preparata al momento.

L’hotel è un po difficile da raggiungere in quanto non ha insegne esterne e si trova dentro al club K1. Inoltre purtroppo c’è una strada molto trafficata proprio a fianco le mura ed una chiesa in cui cantano gia da mattina presto che al mattino possono svegliarti

The rooms are located just a few meters away from the club and the music is extremely loud until late night. The breakfast is very simple, needs improvement

The shower was running cold water (during the not so hot season!) at night and in the morning; the blinds left openings on the windows; telephone did not work;

The hotel is in the same place with the Bar and it is extremely noisy. It is not a place for someone travelling with business or one who would want to rest at night or do home office work. The music is extremely loud, leaving one unable to sleep. I was disappointed because I booked via Booking.com and I was forced to pay with my debt card although I explained that I booked via Booking.com and that the money will be deducted automatically from my card. When I received the bank notification of the double payment, I reached out to the hotel, sent the proof of payment and the only thing I received from them was" hello, please give us sometime for the accounts team to sort it out. thank you". Up until today, they owe me my money.

I did not like the fact that they could not talk to me and re-fund my money.

Honestly, I was completely duped on this property and would like a refund - it was a club/bar/hôtel and that was not disclosed in the property listing

Very loud music all night long from the club in the hotel. You cannot sleep.
