The serenity of the location , amazing view of the sunset
Second floor of the Torre where we stayed,the floor wasnt levelled, no signage whatsoever to watch our step, and so i slipped , am amazed of the surroundings but not on its corridor floor.,sad

The Resort were excellent. The staff were very accommodating...overall I enjoyed our stay so much...hoping to be back there in the future

Perfect resort in the middle of San Remigio village. The staff were very friendly, I had a nice conversation with them. The food in the restaurant was just too delicious! ask for the seafood pasta and thank me later.
The rooms were not cleaned for the entire time. They only changed the sheets and ignored everything else. I had to call them to come clean.

I like the room minus the bed is not as comfy soft that expected, the pool is good but its to far from our room you have to walk 3-5 mins to get to the pool and swim. I like the location where it's close to the highway can easily ride a bus going home.
I don't like the price of their breakfast/dinner buffet it too damn high and the food category is too low not worth it. I would agree with the price if the food has many menu or categories. but not what i price is expected. I rather go out from the resort and eat outside.

I love our staycation at Maayo Hotel San Remigio. It's our first time to stay at Maayo and we are very happy to be greeted by very friendly staff... One standout is Yahser from the banquet team. He was very attentive to our needs and we love how he shared some backstories (pandemic times). He really knows his job and took it by heart. Great job, Maayo San Remigio Team! Ohh, last but not the least, their food selection was great! Their beef caldereta is a bomb!

check in was confusing as only one room was showing on the booking. I had booked 2 rooms.

The pool, the view from the room was lovely. The views and sunsets was amazing.
They did not tell me about the construction work before me arriving only when I arrived. They said they upgraded me, but this was next to the work.
The next day I woke up to the work from 7:30 am!!I complained and they stopped it for 1 day. There was a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom at night, at one point I saw 8! Not ideal for a relaxing break. The staff was lovely and food in the restaurant was good!

hard pillows, shower not working properly, no blankets for the bed, poor menu and poor food in the restaurant , no fridge in room, tv not working. monkey kept in small cage.

It was a very quiet place ,the breakfast was ok,the pool very nice ,the staff super nice ,it’s a perfect place for people who search solitude and a quiet atmosphere!
The place is very far away from a city,is in the middle of nowhere!
The nearest town is at 18 km away,you don’t have nothing near,the location is isolated,and you don’t have other options of restaurants,stores,etc!

the area was really beautiful , very relaxing it was raining the whole time when we were there, the staff at the restaurant was really kind and friendly specially Mr. Ramsey and his staff ..thank you Ram
