PROS: - Friendly Staff - Location is great. About 1-2 minutes walk to Starling Mall and The Hotel's location was vey near to the establishment that I need to go. - Lots of Restaurant around the Hotel and they have on-call food delivery to your room if in-case you don't want to get out of the hotel - WIFI is decent (there are times that your will need to just reconnect if you loose the connection)

CONS: - Not really the hotel's fault but but more on the APP booking recommendation. I booked for 3 people and Booking.com App recommend a Deluxe Room. Upon seeing the room when we arrived, it's small for 3 people (King Size Bed Only). Fortunately, the helpful staff was able to move me and my family to a family room (1 Single and 1 King Size Bed). - No Dedicated Parking lot. There are limited on the road parking slot around the hotel and depending on how lucky you are, You may need to circle back the hotel for like 3-5 times to get a parking near/on the side/ in-front of the hotel (Unless you're ok to park your car behind or a few blocks from the hotel.

The hotel location is very good... There are a lot of shops nearby...

I waited more than 30minutes for a parking space nearby the hotel... No parking provided by hotel... You're lucky if you get a parking nearby the hotel...

Location is ok

Need to use stairs - one has to carry the luggage up flights of steps and this was not explicitly informed up front. There is hidden cost of Bookings.com charges and there is no upfront message that one can cancel at all. This is a very bad experience.

Strategic location to a lot of food selection and shops. Walking distance to a mall; less than 5mins. Clean room, basic necessities are available, including ironing board. Patient and helpful staffs.

Sound proofing in the room can be better. We stayed for a weekend and it's a busy area during weekends. So can hear cars outside.

The hotel is well maintained and the facilities exceeded my expectations
