Stunning 3 BR, 3 Bath Grand Atlantic Direct Oceanfront
Ce condo est situé au 14e étage et dispose d'un lit king dans la chambre principale avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a 2 lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre et un lit king dans la troisième chambre. Il y a un très grand balcon avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Tous les téléviseurs sont des écrans LCD et un lecteur DVD est inclus dans le salon. C'est l'un des plus beaux condos que vous verrez à Myrtle Beach. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas et sont recouverts de housses anti-allergènes / punaises de lit de qualité supérieure. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse, une chaise haute et des jeux pour enfants dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Overall, unit was clean, good size, great view of the beach but the building is old and the unit does show some age.

This was a very nice way to kick start our beach vacation. Thank you for allowing us to spend 4 days prior. Bedroom with 2 beds toilet keeps running, it was reported. Hair dryer in front bath fell apart, also reported. Stryker plate front door screw missing. Hubby could not fix. Orherwise all was well. Thank you Jeremy

CONDO WAS GORGEOUS AND EVERYTHING U COULD POSIBLY NEED WAS THERE AND SO GLAD THEY HAD UMBRELLAS BEAUSE U COULD NOT PUT UP A CANOPY AND THEN WE WOULD OF HAD TO GO AND BUY UMBRELLAS WILL GO THERE AGAIN IF WE GO BACK TO MYRTLE BEACH LOVED IT THANK FOR SHARING YOUR CONDO

We were looking for a family vacation rental to accommodate me, my husband, and four children, along with their spouses. This can be tricky when trying to fit into one spot. This place was perfect. We all fit fine, and no one had any complaints about having to share their space. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking in-house, and the deck was spacious and great for relaxing any time of the day. The pools could get a little crowded, but the ocean was always very welcoming. The condo was close to all the attractions that my kids wanted to go to. Everyone had a great time, and I look forward to coming back again.

Great location and the view was amazing.
The parking garage was really tight and the checkin parking wasn’t clearly marked. No trailer parking allowed- even though the overflow parking across the street was completely empty we weren’t allowed to use it for our trailer.

Everything was great. We had everything in the house that we needed. I decided to stay a extra night and that went well for a last minute decision. I would book the same place again

Most importantly it was clean, the view was amazing. All the thing you might need in walking distance convenient store, restaurant, and mini golf. Arcade and pool area are run down. Balcony was my favorite part. Everything we needed in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be the balcony could use better/ sturdier chairs.

Great property with incredible views. Everything in the condo was as described and pictured. The condo was clean, roomy, and had what we needed. Beds were generally comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, etc that we needed - even a crockpot. You stay here for the views and feel grateful the condo is also great.
Check in process was easy and the owner was easy easy to interact with.
The last night we were there, which was Easter weekend, we noticed more noise from neighbors. You could hear people in the hallways, music next door, and even someone snoring in the morning.
One thing I agree with other reviewers - it would be nice to have a little dish soap/sponge, roll of paper towels and maybe a few more trash bags (only came with two) - so those visiting don't have to rush out for basic supplies.
We would totally stay here again!

Amazing view and location right on the beach. The condo was close to many popular Myrtle Beach activities including restaurants, mini golf and other activities. Unit is nicely equipped and even included beach toys for the kids. There was plenty of space -- we had a family group of 6 including grandparents, parents and kids under age 8. The unit was perfect for us with space to gather along with have privacy as needed. We would definitely choose this unit again!

We had an excellent experience. Check in was very easy as the people at the front desk were friendly and informative. The space is beautiful and has plenty of room. We have two boys and the owners left sand toys and umbrellas, which was awesome. The indoor pool area was clean and kid friendly and the outdoor pool was actually warm and able to swim use in February. We love the location. It is close enough to drive down to the boardwalk, but far enough away that it is not filled with people. The location was great for dining out, walks on the beach and putt putt. We would love to stay there again.
If you rent I wish I knew this: We were not aware there were carts while bringing up luggage, so if you can't find one just check the different levels of the parking garage. I wish I knew that, but I didn't look very hard!

Property is as listed and had a nice stay. Check in/check out process was seamless. The only suggestion I would have to the property owner is to provide dish soap, as some of the pots/pans pitchers are too large to fit in dish washer. This is noted in contract, however when you are traveling it’s not something you normally would pack. This would add to the convenience and not have to go out and purchase. Something so small makes a big difference.

This condo checks all the boxes - right on the beach -spacious condo - very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! This is our 2nd stay in this condo, both were very comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit. Jeremy is a very supportive premier host and the maintenance staff at the condo is very attentive.

Our family of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids) had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room. Lovely upgrades. The kids loved all the amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful ocean front view. Location was ideal. We would stay there again any time.

Wonderful place to stay!! Very clean, kitchen well stocked with items you need. All beds very comfortable, halls quiet at night. Convenient to mini mart across the street for anything you may have forgotten. Parking garage easy to get in and out. Will stay there again!!

We absolutely loved this property. The unit had comfortable furniture, was well appointed with everything we needed. The sunrise views in the morning were breathtaking! We will stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach!
Oh yes, when we couldn't get the TV to work in the living room, the owner was super responsive. Turns out the previous tenant left the living room remote in the bedroom.

Beautiful view and steps from beach; clean yet not walkable to restaurants or activities. Kitchen appliances old; toaster dented; minimal mismatched cups etc. Sheets and comforters uncomfortable and scratchy. This condo needs a bit of tender loving care; and upgrades to look less motel ish. Yet the view and room setup with individual bathrooms as well as large balcony outstanding! Please do some upgrades; as well as add nicer balcony chairs and a table on the balcony. This place will then be all it can be and more.

Condo was ok. Furniture wasn’t very comfy. Remotes for tv’s didn’t work properly. Front door to our condo had peep hole missing and you could see directly into condo from hallway. I didn’t have tape to cover hole so we used a post it note!!

Very beautiful place, perfect location with a beautiful ocean view. We had our big family of 10 staying here ages ranging from 40- infant and there was something for all of us. The grocery store was just a couple blocks away. The amenities were amazing heated indoor pools, outdoor pools, beach access just a few steps away, there’s a restaurant/ice cream parlor connected to the building along with a shop made everyone happy! Check is was quick, customer service was very polite and helpful. We had a short stay this time but will definitely revisit in the near future for a more extended stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Wonderful view of the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone. Enough dishes, pots and utensils. Loved the heated pools and lazy river with the first two days being on the cooler side. Would reserve again.
