J'ai 4 condos de quatre chambres directement en bord de mer à Myrtle Beach. 2 d'entre eux sont situés dans ce bâtiment. L'un est au 12ème étage et l'autre au 9ème étage. Aussi deux bâtiments en bas de Grand Atlantic j'ai un autre au 8ème étage. Ce bâtiment appelé Paradise Resort. Ocean Reef est le quatrième bâtiment où j'ai encore 4 chambres au 9ème étage. Ocean reef est situé sur la 72nd Ave N à Myrtle Beach.

Ce condo offre un décor Tommy Bahama décoré sur mesure, une cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, Internet sans fil gratuit, une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre et une vue incroyable sur l'océan Atlantique. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis avec cette location. La chambre principale a un lit king size ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée en suite. This condo was perfect for our ladies week away. The description was just as we found it. The kitchen was well stocked ( exception was a big spoon to stir things), the entire condo was very clean and spacious ( and we had 8 women), and the view was absolutely gorgeous!! We would highly recommend to stay here!!

A few small issues. 2nd floor garage was under construction so a whole floor was blocked off. Wasn’t alerted of that. Microwave front and handle was broke (still worked)but be careful opening it. Little dusty in areas. The main living area’s TV picture is horrible. Needs replaced. Biggest issue is the instructions finding the key. If we were unable to contact the property host we would still be looking.

It’s been 6 years, but was so good to be back! Frank and Rufia were great to work with from start to finish. They were prompt to get back to us, and the few minor issues we had in the unit were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The unit and hotel were clean and well taken care of. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was hot on weekends but wasn’t very warm during the week. We spoke with the front desk, but just got excuses. All in all we had an amazing time of relaxation in the sun and can’t wait to go back. We will definitely book with Frank and Rufia again!

We live on the west coast and came for a visit with our son who’s at Fort Bragg. We wanted to go see Myrtle Beach and take him with a couple of his buddies along. This condo was a perfect location and stay for us! I’m a hotel snob and enjoy staying somewhere that feels brand new, like nobody else has ever stayed there. With that said, the building seems a bit older and in need of some updating, the condo was very clean and well kept. I would’ve liked a little bit more comfortable bed but it wasn’t terribly either. The view and balcony was amazing. Our last morning on the east coast we got up to watch the sunrise and it was spectacular! The directions for check in were easy to follow, the condo was plenty big for the 7 of us with room to spare. It was clean and the owner graciously allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated since we only had 1 night to enjoy this getaway with our son before we flew out the next day. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer than 1 night!

Trying to locate the unit key was a bit nerve-wracking, but once we got to the unit everything was good. There was 10 of us, 5 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There are a few nit picky things that need to be fixed...microwave handle was broke and missing, a towel rack in the master bath was broken, washer and dryer took forever to run and my biggest complaint was the mattress in the master room and the mattress in room 2 next to the wall. Both were very hard and my daughter and I woke up every morning barely able to move. They need pillow toppers or something. Also, the faucet in the sink of the master bath needs replacing. When you turn it on, it sprays everywhere.Now, on to the positives. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you could possibly need. There's also a toaster, crockpot and dual coffee maker. One side is a reg pot and other side is a keurig. We had plenty of towels to accommodate as well. We had a great time and over all the condo was great. Even with all the negatives I listed, I would still rent this unit again.

Would never go back
The resort was mediocre. Indoor and outdoor pools too small for such a large facility; they were overrun by children with floats and playing ball. No place for adults to actually swim. No shade anywhere. No umbrellas in pool area and lawns. Beach chairs and umbrellas for beach only available by purchase. There were never any beach towels. Hard uncomfortable lawn chairs. Building poorly insulated….noise from above and one side (corner unit) many problems with the unit itself.

Lots of issues with lights and outlets not working, various broken things. Not bad tho great deal for 12 people to stay. Great location. Update from previous reviews is building seems newly renovated clean and upkept well. Check-in was a burden having to go 15 minute drive to get the entry card with no car.

Large 4 br, 3 bath, well stocked kitchen. Great ocean front view. Plenty of parking places. On South end of MB. Right in the middle of all the places we want to go. October was a great time of year if you want less people. Spent a lot of time at the pools and the beach.

The condo was perfect and stocked with absolutely everything we needed! We felt right at home. There was a hiccup with the washer/dryer unit, but Rufia was on it right away making sure we were taken care of. The towels supplied could have been better(small, low quality). Bathroom sink had a spray faucet Oven was not good. The property was a little dirty(pools,lobby,exits) Overall the experience was good. The family had a good time. Not much to do in this part of the city. Had to travel half hour to get to attractions. Not sure if we'd go back

This condo had all the space that we needed and more. When we first arrived we did find evidence of previous renters - items under the TV (used kleenex, empty water bottle and a water toy). I also found a few items (beach toy and board game piece) behind the door in the bedroom. Other than those items it was pretty clean. It would be nice if there were a few accessories for the beach, like towels and chairs. We flew there so it was very difficult to bring these items and $40/day to rent on the beach. There are lots of pots/pans and dishes supplied in the kitchen which was nice for all of our cooking. The Lazy River pool was closed for construction but no work was being done on it. I only found pool towels one time - all the other times the shelves were empty. There is a convenience store right across the street and a Walmart just a couple blocks away which was great for picking up groceries.
