Ceci est une toute nouvelle maison d'inspiration côtière à 2 étages avec 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, plafonds de volume, espace de flexion ouvert à l'étage avec bonus zone de séance. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande salle ouverte, une salle à manger et une retraite principale avec deux lavabos et un dressing. Laveuse et sécheuse en place. Proche du centre-ville de Sarasota, du cercle de St Armands et de la plage du Lido, des arts et spectacles et de la célèbre plage de Siesta Key. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade entre amis.

All as expected. No surprises! Patio, back yard and garage a bonus. All updated, all rooms furnished completely and with excellent taste. Wonderful master bedroom suite and counter space everywhere.

Great house for a big family group. We came with grandparents, mom, dad, kids, aunts, and uncle and the space worked great for us. Quick access to downtown Sarasota. Neighborhood is residential; near the high school and a Publix. Would recommend for a family group headed to the Sarasota area!

The house was absolutely beautiful. It met our needs. Very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we needed to prepare for our son’s wedding day!

Love this house! My daughter her bridesmaids and I stayed and it’s very spacious, new and beautiful!! Plenty of room for me and the girls. Host is very prompt in answering any questions you may have and so helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time at this house. Very close to the grocery store and a short drive to St Armand’s, restaurant and beaches. We had 10 people and do wish that there were more than 10 forks - tee hee - don’t want to wash after every meal. Kitchen was bright and cheerful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen table seats six with four barstools to seat a total of 10 people. Loved that they had beach chairs and a cooler available.

The home is less than 10min from all restaurants, groceries, downtown Sarasota, and 15 min from either Lido Beach or Siesta Key. Home has everything you need. Kristina is very quick to respond to questions.

The property is very spacious and open. It was immaculate and well-appointed. My only disappointment is that the first floor of the house is darker than the photos in the listing. The upstairs is very sunny at the landing, but the rest of the house is dark. Very convenient to Publix and other shopping and a quick drive to downtown. Overall, very nice and comfortable home.

We were in Sarasota for our son’s wedding. This home was a nice quiet spot for our family for the 4 days of celebrating. Convenient to downtown. The home was clean and comfy for everyone.

We stayed at this lovely house for several weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a combination of older homes and new architecturally interesting homes. The location is excellent ….very close to downtown Sarasota. We have booked again for next year!

We had an amazing weekend in Sarasota for our friends' wedding. Five stars across the board. This house was perfect for 10 adults (4 couples and 2 singles) to share comfortably. Quiet neighborhood. Easy trip to and from SRQ. Quick drive to get to downtown and the beach.

Location, proximity to everything is excellent, the house is very nice, and AC worked great as Florida was shopping hot!. Great kitchen and huge master. The neighborhood is very transitional, not scary or anything, but the houses around it are not anything like this one. The owner has no control over that however! Neighborhood next door just needs to move (lol) could use some coffee to get started out, and some fluffy pillows. Side note...go to the ringling brothers museum if you visit.

The location of our rental house is close to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. It is close to Siesta Key beach, where we had no problem finding a parking spot. We appreciated the calm and quietness of the neighborhood, especially at night when we needed a good night's sleep.
We forgot some items for the trip, but Publix was just within a mile where we could easily purchase what we needed.
We were all very happy with our stay.

Great Property - Close to Beach and Downtown
Our family and friends had a great time during their stay, plenty of space, very clean, and the house looks like in the pictures, updated appliances and furniture.

Lovely convenient modern home
We are age + ladies that have been friends for 65 years so wanted convenient to Sarasota, quiet and separate Bedrooms and Baths and this was perfect!
Lovely and modern and easily traveled to many areas for fun, food and then came back to relax in spacious home.

Great amount of space for our family of 9 adults. Property manager was very responsive Stay easy great. Good value Close to st Armand’s and to our party venue. Neighborhood older but felt safe.

Wonderful Weekend!
We rented this house for a family wedding in Longboat Key, Sarasota. The house was lovely, comfortable, spacious, clean, and is very close to downtown Sarasota. Youth Competition Weekend
My sons sailing team had a National regatta in Sarasota so our team stayed together at house. It was a great place, clean, new appliances, big washer/dryer, and nice yard/street for boys to play in evening. We cooked for group each morning and evening. Kitchen had all we needed. We all agreed it was a great experience! Thanks!

Wonderful home in great location!
We had such a great time staying at this home! The location is super convenient to the airport, downtown, and the beach. The house is super nice and updated with tons of space and a nice backyard space. Check in was easy and the property manager was super helpful and always quick to respond. Would definitely book again!
