A well appointed flat in a great location in the heart of Dartmouth. A good kitchen and bathroom.

The whole building is riddled with damp and the flat smelled damp too. The plaster inside the WC is peeling and looks awful. The window frames are all rotten. The stairwell is steep and damp - there’s a damp smell in the air.

Stylish and spacious.

Would have been nice to have a welcome box, there was blood stain on our bed sheet, the heating system (the instructions in the booklet didn’t match up and there was also a note on the controls saying not to touch? The kitchen area was very cold in the evening.) Some toilet/antibacterial wipes would have been a nice addition. As would some board games/books and information booklets about the local area.

It was a lovely central location. Lots of space in the flat with everything needed for a great stay. It was son's passing out parade from Britannia college and a great time was had by all of us.

Location great, Reasonably spacious modern well equipped. Came with car park permit.

Property undergoing roof works workmen climbing up scaffolding past bathroom and lounge windows would have nice to be pre warned. Damp on walls and ceilings in a number of rooms. Several flights of steps to access property. Neither TV worked.

Great location and a real bonus to have a parking permit.

Would be useful for the host to update the arrival directions - the door is now grey and the shop mentioned has changed hands!

The location was good and the parking permit useful

It was very cold in December and the heating in the kitchen and dining area did not work at all. A heater was not provided until the following lunchtime meaning we were not able to self cater and had to eat out for dinner on the first night and also breakfast on the second morning. We were asked to check plugs and fuses etc. The hosts attitude was having no heating was acceptable. What made the flat colder was the fact that the secondary glazing was all mis-fitted and not in place so heating was even more important. The wifi code in the book was wrong so we checked the router and entered the details. We connected to the wifi but there was no internet the entire weekend. Once again the hosts deemed this to be acceptable. As we were unable to use the property for the first night and the 2nd morning we of course assumed we would be re-imbursed for 1 night. There was a complete refusal to provide any compensation and instead we were offered £50 refund as a goodwill gesture. A bad attitude all round in communications and simply not good enough.

A beautiful apartment set right in the centre of town, with everything you need on your doorstep, very clean with stylish interiors

The location was ideal, loads of lovely shops, pubs and food, beautiful scenery and located close to other beautiful areas. We loved how clean and immaculate the property was and it was better than the pictures!! Which seems impossible. We will definitely be booking again!
