la localisation prêt de la gare environ un dizaine de minutes à pied, c'est la seule chose appréciable a propos de cet endroit.

La chambre était insalubre. Le plafond était noir d'humidité, les joints noirs, les toilettes douteuses, le lavabo non lavé. Il pleut dans les parties communes. La VMC, le ventilateur dans la pièce étaient pleines de poussières. Dernière chose, si vous voulez du chauffage il suffit de déplacer un lit, encastré et espérer que cela fonctionne.

The Rooms are very well located. There’s a supermarket for every needs across the road (150m). And King’s cross is like a 5 minute walk, max.. Joe was so nice. He show us everything we needed to know and gave us a good feeling about our stay here.

It’s a very small room and a even smaller bathroom. Bigger Suitcases would be impossible to place somewhere and I think People, who are very tall or need a bigger bed to sleep in, could get some problems.

The location was great and easy to find. The room was spacious.

The bathroom was shared and not very clean. The tea and coffee making facilities consisted of 3 tea bags that were unusable and some coffee that had gone hard. There was no milk provided.

Property was as described perfect for a group stay. Skylight has been covered so no worries with daylight waking you up. The room was clean and so was the shared bathroom. Joe the host was helpful and the coded entry system works great.

The room seems clean, big enough for solo traveler, and comfortable bed. The owner of the place is very seponsive through Whatsapp and had left a bottle of water on the door for me one night. The entrance to the property and the room is quite easy, no keys, just remembering a code. I didn`t feel like I needed an air conditioner or a fan during my staying at the middle of May.

The room is a bit smelly and stuffy and should be ventillated, but the small windows are opening to a closed shaft with some generator of an air conditioner of one of the restaurants. It makes A LOT of noise during the day and night nonstop. Some people may find it difficult place to sleep. The property itself located 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station (King`s cross st. pancras) and the walking all the way there every time is sometimes frustrating.

It was scruffy and pokey. No bedside table or lights. Very narrow and steep stairs. Minute shower room with extremely noisy fan outside. Wifi had been turned off and never worked properly. Choice between no ventilation and traffic noise. Appalling value for money

there were too many bed bugs, on all 3 beds. we saw them crawling as we woke up startled at night. u for we couldn’t stay and we had to leave at that moment. we were bitten all night. the property did not respond after multiple attempts made by us.

Good location for us as we were going to Paris on the Eurostar and this was a 5 minute walk to the station

We stayed two nights and didn’t sleep well because of the disturbing sound of the takeaway machine running whole night beside the room.

Location very good. Manager nice and helpful on the phone.

Manager was not present at site, all contact through telephone. Derelict facilities. Very small room, very small bath, don´t match the pictures. Full of dust due to probably old carpet. extremely narrow staircases (and we are slim people). The cleaner did not show up for the three days we stayed therefore we didn´t have the chance to change the (really small) towels. Cold rooms with no heating. Bad ventilation. Toilet sit not fixed. Rust on bathroom metals and stains in the walls and ceiling. one day it rained and the stairs got wet because of the huge leaks. Beds were not comfortable because the springs dug into the bed.

Nice a spacious room, beds were really comfortable. All the facilities you need for a short stay.

Was just a tat on the noisy side (outside), not really sure what it was but kept us up for a while.

Location was perfect. 7 minute walk from King's Cross Station and on a quiet road so sleep wasn't a problem. Host was a little busy when we turned up but he phoned to make sure all was OK and provide codes for the rooms. I would happily stay again.

Rooms were small, nothing more to complain about.

It was really small. There was no space to move, and the heater was on during the whole day. It was too hot.
