Place is exactly as put. Good property, well kept - good decorations, and it was spacious. Right across from George’s, was able to walk there for breakfast. Overall great stay - would recommend to a friend

We stayed here the night before my wedding and the morning of the wedding (to use a getting ready space). It was a nice size for what we used it for, though we did need to do all the hair in the kitchen as you can only plug in curling irons and hair dryers at specific outlets in the kitchen and bathroom (the bathroom was a bit too small to accommodate multiple people). The house was very picturesque and perfect for pictures.

Great Location
The property was nice in a quiet neighborhood. It is in an older part of Springfield and the property reminded me of the 1950-60’s time period. It is close to a major street but we weren’t bothered with noice traffic. In spite of that, it was clean and comfortable. The property owner lives in an upstairs apartment and was very accommodating when I needed her.

This cottage is amazing and Cheryl made sure that my time here was very peaceful. The host is a great communicator and the house is very accommodating. Very cosy place
This is a very clean and comfortable house. Everything seemed to be as presented in the listing except this property contains an upstairs where the owner stays. I was unaware of this at the time of booking and most likley wouldn't have booked it BUT after staying we were never bothered by them and would most definitely would stay again. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice vacation rental! Just what we needed.
We had a very good experience staying at this property. Everything was clean and neat, and just as described. All the rooms were spacious, and well decorated. The kitchen had enough cookware and dishes for us to prepare our own meals. The host was clear on her communication about access and security, and we had no troubles whatsoever. We would certainly stay here again at some future visit to Springfield.
