Very good location. Compact but comfortable place, perfect for a weekend of champagne tasting with the four of us. Well equipped. Very friendly people delivering the keys and coming over to say goodbye. Recommended.

La proximité des choses
Il n’y avait pas d’oreillers, les lits étaient super durs et les sofas très peu confortables. Pour manger il fallait grimper sur des tabourets ce qui n’est pas toujours évident pour des gens de 65 ans et plus.
L’autre appartement faisait jouer de la musique tecno très très fort. Certaines personnes fumaient au bas de l’escalier et ça montait jusqu’à l’appartement.

Le logement était très agréable et bien équipé.
Les lits sont confortables et très soignés.
Salle de bain spacieuse.
Le logement se trouve en plein centre et vous pouvez donc visiter Epernay à pieds.
Tout était très bien. Seul petit bémol sur le fait qu'il est noté "petit déjeuner compris" et qu'au final, il s'agit de petits pots de confiture, petits beurres, du lait et du café mis à disposition.
Vous devrez acheter votre pain et vos viennoiseries, vos jus de fruits, vos yaourts et votre fromage si vous aimez un petit déjeuner bien diversifié.

The alley leading to the place was not attractive but the nearness to the center of town was great. The bathroom could use some hooks for towels.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, right I'm the centre of Eprnay and had everything we could want (including champagne in the fridge). It was perfect for us.
Very minor point: we would have appreciated a parking recommendation from the hosts (as we were told at check in that there is on street parking outside. There is but it is 3 hours max Mon to Sat during the day so not ideal for overnight stays). There is an underground car park in the square 2 mins walk away and you can buy 24 hours of in/out parking for €9 if you park then visit the little office. It is very convenient.

Compact and very well equipped apartment in the centre of Épernay. Spotlessly clean and generously supplied with the essentials such as butter, milk, jam, coffee and tea. Air conditioned for the summer and we’ll ventilated as well. Perfect accommodation in Epernay and extremely helpful and kind hosts.

It's THE perfect apartment for stay in Epernay. A bakery and a nice breakfast/brunch opportunity located just next door. All sights incl. the Avenue de Champagne in walking distance.

The apartment was comfortable and convenient for our family of 4. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Ahead of our stay, he was very communicative and helpful. During our stay, he literally saved the day when our trip hit some bureaucratic roadblocks. We would have been lost without him.

Location is really central. The road seems pretty quiet.
The air-con unit is in the main room. A very slight comment this; as we were there in a heatwave we needed to keep our bedroom doors open at night for the bedrooms to cool down as well. It worked really well.

In the fridge there were cold champagne bottles (€25 when leaving the apartment).

Perfect location in the heart of Epernay. Just a short walk to Avenue de Champagne. Clean, modern, comfortable. Facilities were perfect and the host was super friendly. This one is saved for future stays without a doubt.

well located in the heart of Epernay. The apartment was clean with great facilities (cooking utensils, a refrigerator, etc). There are numerous restaurants near by and the distance to the Champagne Houses is walkable. Great accommodations for two or three adults or small family. You can do 4 adults if you are good friends. I highly recommend it and would book it again
I thought the sleeping pillow selection was poor ( two sizes too big and too small).
There is street parking only which might be an issue in season
