Our stay at Belfort house was exceptional. The house is beautiful and big, accommodating 3 guests in separate bedrooms. It is sparkling clean. They have a big garden and two beautiful, playful dogs. We totally loved the dogs. The location is very good, walking distance of Valencia main square, and 15 minutes drive to Dumaguete center. Anne, the host, and her cousin, are very kind. They informed us about touristic stuff and were always checking if we needed something. The price is fair.

If I must look for a negative, just that the bathroom is outside the room (not a deal breaker)

The staff at this B&B truly went above and beyond to help me and to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. They recommended a nice restaurant that is 1km down the road and I ate from there most evenings. I even ended up extending my stay.

Nothing. I came to this B&B to relax, and did just that. It is not in the centre of town; it is quiet and comfortable.

It is small house but you feel like in luxury hotel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed, air condition, sanitary things and kettle to make coffe in room. Very good price. We had room in last floor with ocean view so we had own bathroom downstairs but it is not so bad. Valencia is beautiful city, there are many flowers everywhere, some good restaurants there too. The best is rent motorbike to make trips or you can take jeepney to Dumaguette

You feel like in somebody's house because owner lives here too, not problem but sometimes little strange. One thing I didn't like that is very noisy at night because it is next to main road. Need to use earplugs because windows are like no windows. Little far from city center
