La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicinissima al centro, con una bellissima terrazza.
Staff gentile e disponibile.

Die Lage und die Terrasse.
Leider hatten wir im Bad ein sehr kleines Handwaschbecken. Aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotelmanager, will man sich drum kümmern.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr zentrale Lage mit jeweils einem Vorder- und Hintereingang was uns sehr gefallen hatte. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und gesprächig, da wir jeden Morgen nach dem Befinden befragt worden sind. Es ist eine kleine familiäre Atmosphäre was in dem Hotel herrscht. Das Frühstück wurde frisch und schnell serviert, jedoch kleiner gehalten als gewohnt. Die Aussicht während des Frühstücks war TOP. Bei der Sauberkeit hatten wir auch nichts zu bemängeln.
Wenn man mobil ist ist es, dass die Unterkunft keine Parkplätze anbietet. Vor Ort wird man aber in ein Parkhaus weitergeleitet, welches mit dem Hotel kooperiert. Die Entfernung liebt aber bei ca 8 Minuten Fußweg
Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden und das Personal zu erreichen, da die angegebene Nummer auf Booking.com nicht mehr aktuell ist. Also am besten die Nummer aus der Nachricht entnehmen, die man nach der Buchung erhält.
Ansonsten das quietschende Bett und das kleine Waschbecken im Zimmer :)

it was hard to find a nearby parking, because the hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Despite that excellent experience.

The location - it’s right in the hub of the Marmaris marina so within walking distance from all the main attractions.
The excellent Turkish breakfasts with a calming view over the marina and mountains.

There are quite a few stairs to enter the property which can be tricky when carrying luggage.

Excelent location, beautiful rooms, nice ocean view from the rooftop, where breakfast is served.
There were two misfortunes during our stay. First, we were placed in a tiny room. Then, we were moved to a smelly room. Finally, in the last day there was no hot water.

The bed was not comfortable enough and very noisy, the water in the shower took long minutes to heat.

Lovely rooftop from which to enjoy an early breakfast, Staff most obliging when I had to make an early ferry departure.
I loved it. But people with mobility issues should know that there are steps to the hotel itself and then more to find some rooms and the rooftop restaurant

Our room had a balcony, again great views.
Big room, with A/C, which was great. Bathroom was small, but how big do you need one ?
Room was spotless and when we requested a clean/change of towels, it was immaculate.
The balcony could do with two screens, one above it otherwise the folks above in the bar can look at you.
One to the right, to block the smells from the chefs cooking away to the right. Bar was a little expensive.
Bed was a little firm.

It was up stairs but the staff managed our bags. We were luck we booked the bigger room as our friends booked standard rooms and they were very very small.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is just in the old city, the castle is around the corner.
Amazing views from the roof top bar, where also breakfast is served in the morning. Beautiful view with a beautiful Turkish breakfast, what can be better.
