I booked the cottage for my stepdaughter and her family - parents and two children. It was perfect; centrally located, clean and well equipped. Would certainly use again if the occasion arises. Owner also very helpful.

The property is listed as having parking but there is only resident parking nearby and a really expensive, busy public car park which was flanked by bars. We didn't want to leave the car in that and so made the decision to return home. If we had travelled by rail we would probably have stayed

Nothing wrong with the house at all, parking was expensive though but we were fully warned about this.

The toilet is a bit of a squeeze for long-legged people (it's very close to the opposite wall)

Free view tv box was a little temperamental. Took a little while before we were able to watch the tv. Would have been good if we were forewarned.

Perfect location for our one night stay in Canterbury. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Lindsay was very helpful and communicative in terms of checking in and providing lots of details on parking etc.

Like a lot of other reviews, the bathroom is not designed for tall people but understand this is an old cottage and cannot be helped and we were able to make do for one night. My only other comment is that the curtains in the second bedroom let in a lot of light and room was very bright from about 6am - but again, this didn’t ruin our stay and would return in the future.

Lovely place, next to the city centre. The cottage is very quiet and nicely decorated. Small shops and pubs nearby. We could leave the car at a car park 5 minutes away from the cottage (west station car park) for 10£ a day. Lindsay is a very friendly person. We will go back to this place for sure.

The location was excellent and the property was very well stocked and clean. Everything was in walking distance and we had a great time.

The downstairs loo was a little tight and the extractor fan didn't work. Parking was a little tricky.

The most ridiculous toilet ever experienced, you have to be a contortionist to use it, not mentioned in the brochure. Operation of shower unclear.

LOCATION FOR CANTERBURY TOWN CENTRE IS VERY GOOD. The host was very nice.

Super little cottage in an ideal location. It is very compact but immaculate and the owner has made it cosy, welcoming and supplied everything you need.

Nothing to dislike. The bathroom in a bit tight for space and is on the ground floor but this is an old cottage that has been modernised to an excellent standard.
