Dirty smelly 😷 will not be stay here a again. Breakfast was terrible.

Breakfast was rich and equilibrated, with good choices of cereals, nuts, and dry fruits among all usual foods (fresh fruits, ham, cheese, bread, croissants, etc). The staff was very friendly.

We booked a family room. Little did we know about its location (outside of the main building, in the parking lot). If you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the room, that's fine, and it's convenient to unload/load the car. Besides the weird location, the room was lovely, and kids enjoyed the huge bathtub.

The bedroom was very comfortable.

A cooked breakfast would have been a nice option. Not a lot to eat if you were diabetic.

The room was quiet, overlooked the car park and had a view of the castle across the road. The continental breakfast catered for most tastes and was well replenished. The location was perfect for a stroll into the centre of Canterbury where The Cathedral, theaters a variety of restaurants and the main shopping area are located.

There were no issues to report.

Great location, lovely spacious room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Just a personal preference, the pillows were a little hard and both mornings I woke up with neck ache. My husband on the other hand found them very comfortable.

Excellent location for all the city has to offer and easy walking from the station. A spacious, comfortable room in a quirky old building, surprisingly quiet by the main road. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight-- continental, but varied and generous. Really good value, too.

Limited parking was not an issue for us as we travelled by train, but it might be for some guests. Very small TV in room, but not a problem for us.

they wont to charge us for bar drinks but we didn’t us and please be carful check but at the end we sort it out they cancel it.

We had a great night away in a lovely little garden hideaway. Lovely people and expansive continental breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and friendly however, the service around breakfast needs imptoving.

Had to wait for breakfast even though we had prebooked the time slot

Parking great for the city and for security it felt better with the castle walls, but it was tight - you need to get there early - some guests could however have parked more reasonably (tightly). Maybe advice could be given by the Front Desk on arrival? Convenience for walking to the city to eat out at in the evening. Nearby Aldi for last minute shopping.

Continental Breakfast was OK, but I believe I have been there on previous occasions and enjoyed a full English? Stairs to some rooms are difficult to negotiate with larger, heavier suitcases.
