Only 1 toilet and not enough kitchen equipment

It was a nice stay bedroom bathroom was clean rooms were spacious. They provided there own towels but we took our own, in the kitchen they provided everything plates cutlery’s fridge microwave kettle iron. Everything is close by locals shop and supermarket and food places there are Plenty

Kitchen and dinning room could do with a more cleaning, and also provide a mop and bucket in bathroom. overall everything was good I would book again in the future. Defo book this place and check it out.

exactly what we needed for the trip. very clean and tidy.

location was close to the centre but a few crazy neighbours, however it was the jubilee weekend. need to update the pictures on google showing the correct house.

The shower broke on our first morning but had a quick response from staff who then replaced the shower.

The property looked as though it hadn't been cleaned finding spilt beer in the cutlery draw, some sort of food by the front door and stains and bottle lids under the beds.

The location of the property was appalling, people were out in the street till 2 and 3am in the morning. The title 'Burton house' is a false representation of what the property is, its a tiny property not suitable for upto 10 people as advertised. The property had not been maintained at all, Scratches and dirt were common place. The bin in the kitchen was broken all the pans were disgusting not able to be cooked in. The worst point of the stay was when I attempted to vacuum and when i found the vacumn it was full of dirt and hair and not useable at all!! This property has never seen a proper clean and is filthy! Theres a horrible smell in the garden as you walk in, massive disappointment, we were shocked at the reality of this property! The shower was not working at all and the shower on the bath was leaking, a complete disaster. We were supposed to stay Monday to Friday but left on Thursday afternoon, it was too much to stay any longer. Fun days out away from the property allowed us to enjoy Leeds.

apartment very dirty. cutlery glasses cans were dirty. lot of dust and rubish behind the beds. the pans were full of rust. no information in the apartment. Just one bathroom and very unconfortable to climb the stairs 2 floors. not recomand for elder persons.
