Si vous cherchez l'expérience de Newport Beach, ne cherchez plus !!! Ma place est en face de l'une des meilleures plages de surf de Newport et à proximité de superbes vues, restaurants et restaurants, activités familiales et vie nocturne. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de la plage, du quartier et du style de vie relaxant et insouciant. Mon endroit est idéal pour les familles, les enfants, les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et tous ceux qui veulent vivre la plage.
Mon 3bdrm / 2bath a été récemment rénové avec des sols carrelés, de nouvelles salles de bains, une cuisine reconstruite avec des comptoirs en granit, un éclairage encastré, une grande terrasse meublée à l'avant avec barbecue et des installations de laveuse et sécheuse gratuites sur place.
La maison est située dans la partie nord de la péninsule de Newport Beach (juste à l'intersection de l'orange et du PCH). L'emplacement unique abrite deux (2) des spots de surf les plus célèbres de Newport Beach (56th et l'embouchure de la rivière), plusieurs restaurants classiques et magasins de plage, du kayak dans la baie arrière, et propose une version plus calme et détendue de Newport Vivre sur la plage, tout en étant à proximité de toute l'action de la partie sud de la péninsule.
L'emplacement unique permet de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil, de trouver un parking facilement, de profiter de la plage, de marcher ou de faire du vélo dans toute la vie nocturne de Newport Beach, et est à proximité des autoroutes 405 et 55 pour ceux qui travailler ou voyager en dehors de Newport Beach. Le quartier est également parfait pour les familles avec enfants, car il y a de nombreux parcs et terrains de jeux à quelques pâtés de maisons.

The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

The property was run down. Cabinet doors falling off, tile floors not clean, mold on shower curtain.

We enjoyed our visit! The house was very spacious and clean! The location was perfect. One block from the beach and less than 20 miles to Disney. Leo made the process easy and was attentive.

Home is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, plenty of space for a small group. Comfortable beds and quality appliances/fixtures throughout the house. Host was communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand. The sound of the waves in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening made this place truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay a breeze. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

Ver very cheap and dumpy!! We left early!! Could not stay another night. Parking is so bad, noise, flys. There is nothing good about this place. The beach was gorgeous!! That’s it!!

First off, Leo was what you think of for a host, attending to any inquiries, a well thought out check in message, knowledgeable about the area, and specifics about the place itself. The space was well designed out, comfortable, super clean, modern, and everything worked well. This location is just a 4 min walk to the beach, and there’s a great coffee place down the street with delicious breakfast burritos. Worth it!

The experience was great. Leo is an responsive and nice host. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is open without the crowd of other beaches in Newport.

I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be charged extra money for damages you didn't cause or you want your party of 10 to sleep uncomfortably. As part of the "sleeps 10", you have to use 2 extremely uncomfortable air mattresses, which we had to search for, there was no mention of these in the check in instructions. There was also no extra sheets to put on them. At the end of our stay we were charged an additional 40 dollars for a clogged shower drain due to sand. First of all, the drain was already clogged upon arrival, second, it's by the beach! Sand should be expected. Additionally, when I asked for specific check out instructions, there was no mention of checking the drain for sand, only to not leave towels on the floor. So you can imagine my surprise seeing this charge on my card. The shower water was also lukewarm throughout the stay. I was willing to look past a lot of the dirtiness and false advertising of the place at first, but after this ridiculous extra charge, I have no problem explaining all the bad parts about this place. When I tried to message the host about the extra charge, he did not respond and stopped communicating. The only redeemable quality about this place is its proximity to the beach. Other than that, I recommend looking elsewhere. Overall, this place was dirty, not as advertised, and not worth the money.

We were told the property was located across the street from the beach, not PCH (highway).
There is no Air conditioning. To cool off in the evening, we opened the sliding door and window in the living room.We were promptly attacked by mosquitoes. Screens would be nice or a fan.

Minutes to the Beach
this home is 2 minutes from the beach, it was perfect for our family of 10. home was clean and neat when we arrived. there were beach chairs & beach towels available for us to use. Only issue i see is the parking it is very hard to find and obtain a parking spot, other than that we had a GREAT time we will definitely book in the future.

Little Spot by The Sea
I booked this beach house for my friends and I to stay in for the weekend because it was right by the water located in a lovely spot in Newport.
Overall, my friends and I had a really good time hanging out at the house and we enjoyed being able to talk a two minute walk to the beach and back. We made a lot of really great memories while staying here and we would definitely do this again! Leo responded very quickly to any inquiries or concerns I had, and I greatly appreciated that. Leo really cares about your stay and will not leave you high and dry.
I can’t wait to get back to CA again! Thank you Leo for being a great host!

Pass on this one
I took a chance with this rental, given that there was a single review, but I was convinced by the photos and description that it was reasonably nice. I was wrong. It is rundown and in disrepair. For example, curtains are stained and torn, the patio awning was ripped and taped together, the patio lights were half burned out. The kitchen cabinets smelled of mildew and had a layer of grease and dust throughout. A bedroom curtain rod was halfway out of the wall, walls weren't completely painted, the couch was worn and flaking. The place was so dirty we actually went out and bought spray cleaner and sprayed the place down. Leo refunded the cleaning fee, thankfully.
We had to wash the sheets and didn't use the comforter because it smelled of urine (although Leo did offer to buy us a new one). Both bathroom window screens had large holes in them. The property manager has ensured us that he will address these issues with the owner. Also, note that the coast highway is between the house and the beach and the noise from the highway is notable.
