PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I had a very bad experience with my booking,the hotel persons are kept me to wait nearly 1.30 hours in the reception,i had presented my driving license,adharcard and all documents for my check in but they are telling that am not an Indian citizen and they take my passport and took all the copy of my pages and visa copy,as am an indian citizen their behavior was rude and treated me like very bad,and their you will not have a generator also if have power out you have to suffer till power returns,if you call room boys also they will not come for help,most important thing is that if you book via oyo or booking.come they will charge extra money also,they took extra money from me.

* First thing I was booked 1room for couples it was not mentioned in hotel policy. *The guest arrival time was 9.45 pm an check in an check out was next day night 9.45 only 24hrs when i booked the details were changed to check out mrng 11 as per policy which was not mentioned while booking amount for booking was 386.2 but I was charged 600 rs per room bcoz of couple were not allowed in one room which was not mentioned in policy I need refund for the bill amount which I will attach in the mail

Only thing is location is good

Room service is worst and rude, and common water heater, we have to take it as per room boy. Bad smell in room.

They are not allowing me to book from this app and asking me to come directly and charging more money. If I book room through this app they are scolding and not accepting. I hope you guys will take action against to them
