The best place we have stayed so far in our 3 month Europe trip…beautiful spot, amazing view, loved the facilities. Felt like a home away from home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The view was amazing! Perfect little apartment with modern kitchen and bedroom. Very central and easy to get around. Great host who communicated very professionally and was very helpful. A tip for future holiday stayers, don't drag your bags through the middle of town, take the road directly to the right of San Giovanni door on the outside of the wall (recently resealed) and navigate your way that way. It was so much easier.

The aircon kept switching off and not cooling. It was going to be fixed but after our stay. Also, owners replaced the wifi modem but did not update the details in the handbook. So no wifi until I asked Patrizio about it who said it had a new user name and password. Hopefully it has been rectified.

The view and location was amazing!

The air-conditioner keeps cutting out and although it was attended to, we still had to reset on the meter board every time. Luckily we had a fan during the night.

We loved that the property was within San Gimignano. The view from the kitchen was amazing. There was a fully kitted kitchen.

The WiFi didn’t work due to the storm.

I would highly recommend this place for everybody travelling with a small baby. Perfectly equipped kitchen (even olive oil), comfortable bed, enough space in the living room, central location and beautiful views. It makes our stay extraordinary.

The apartment is just perfect! it is comfortable, with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay, and most importantly: the attention to detail. is a beautiful little apartment that completes the wonderful experience of visiting Tuscany. Just check out the view from the living room and you will get an idea of the beauty that awaits you when you stay here!
