Breathtaking views of the Lugano lake. The apartment is very big with an enormous terrace. Fully equipped kitchen very big living room and dinning room.

Without a car is a bit hard to walk from the lake to the apartment. But again, once you are up the view makes you forget about the effort.

Rooms larger than they seem on the pictures, also the pictures are outdated: there is a new washing machine and a newer sleeping couch. Stunning views, quiet location, well equipped all the way through, good communications.

Parking could be a problem if there was one more car needing a space, it just worked fine for us. No WIFI included, double bed as well as the couch are very hard, but that's just my personal opinion... no problem for us, but mind the 54 steps!

The kitchen was dated and the electric hob was slow to warm up .

It was very clean apartment with all necessary equipment. The owner was very helpful in all matters

Very god location with great views from the terrace. No problems with parking.

The apartment is not the newest, and could be a little bit cleaner. And if you need wifi talk with the host far in advance about it.
