The breakfast and location of the hotel was very good.

1) The room was very dusty and the windows needed to be cleaned much better. 2) The water pressure was very bad I thought it was just an issue with my room till I asked other friends traveling with me the whole hotel has this issue. the water is very weak or sometimes even cuts for a few seconds. 3) The value for money is not there. I'm paying very high amounts for a hotel that didn't meet my expectations of the luxury that meets this price bracket. 4) There is also a very big problem with their security personnel in the entrance of the hotel. The First and Second night of my stay I was asked to identify my self and my room number once I had done so the security still kept me waiting at the entrance to confirm that I am indeed a guest in the hotel. This is unacceptable and I have never seen this in any hotel in Egypt or the world. 5) Last day I went out to breakfast I came back to my room way before check out time and I had left the don't disturb sign on my door only to see the cleaning crew fully cleaning my room. When I had told them "what are you doing I have the don't disturb sign on" they had informed me that the room is already checked out in the system even though I hadn't done so or paid for anything so how could I have been checked out. Honestly over all the hotel is good if I'm paying 50% less than what I paid. When you put these price brackets to a customer than automatically the customer is expecting very high luxury from this establishment. I left very disappointed and really unhappy with the price quality.

Staff is really helpful, smiling and very kind. Food is tasty and made with love. Room is clean, comfortable with a unique environment around and design. Shows at night are calming souls. The location is practically the end of El Gouna north side so it is so calm, peaceful, and private.

It is not about the property itself but there are some instances flying at the summer time that you don’t feel okay eating in the open air.

Rooms are pretty. In our room the shower lighting was quite dark. You could also hear the upstairs neighbours walking around, bad insulated. We were lucky they moved in during the last 2 days. The cleaning was done very good.

-The prices of food can be up to 100%+ more than in other places of el gouna. The food in the same time is below average. Drinks are up to 15x higher than what you would pay in a store in el gouna, seems too much. - service at dinner was sometimes ok, sometimes you get ignored for 15min until you even can order drinks -The kitchen should be more confident with spices. -The water (brita) is not good in taste, should be completely overworked. -For breakfast there should be more cooling for milk products. - the beach is man made.. the sea is not swimmable as the water is too shallow. - pool is ok but overcrowded for the fact, that the hotel is large and spacy. - pool restaurant insanely overpriced even for el gouna. You can charge european prices but then at least deliver quality. Overall I don’t understand why management is not taking control over these obvious problems. The prices are high and should allow to fix such things.

The outside facilities were covered with dust.
