Clean, nice staff & good breakfast
Heated pool was COLD & bright white light all night on smoke alarm was annoying & hard to get to kids to sleep.

Strong coffee, it was clean, the sheets were exceptionally soft
A small thing that would make it even better is installing a water bottle refill station so I don’t have to use the water fountain

Easy to get to, nice hotel. Liked the large non tub showers. Like the couch.
Would like a table that can be used easier between guests on the couch. We like to play cards and reaching over to the coffee table got tough after a while

The staff was nice and approachable, the hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast bar was not ur typical breakfast it was really good we will definetly stay here again. Thanks to your house keepers who cleaned our room. And they did receive a 20.00 Tim thanks Ann arbour

Convenient location and comfortable beds.
Broken soap dispenser in the bathroom. Breakfast closed earlier than stated. It's nitpicky but I was running late and called the front desk to confirm breakfast end time, which was stated at 10am, I arrived at 9:55am (so only 5 minutes to spare, I know) but the doors were already closed and the coffee carafe was empty. I asked at checkout if I misunderstood the breakfast close time but the worker said no, that it closed at 10 and that she was there at 10 when it was still open -- which doesn't make sense because I was there 5 minutes before 10 and it was clearly closed. It was just a weird experience, an awkward exchange with the worker, and a bit surprising since I've stayed at this location before and have seen them actually leave breakfast available minutes after the technical close time vs. before. Admittedly disappointed that the coffee carafe was empty too. Oh well, lesson learned for me not to cut it so close!

The room was well organized to be able to set up 2 large suitcases on a raised ledge. Good lighting, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with amenities. The pool was the perfect depth for water aerobics, and the lobby was efficiently designed to accommodate natural lighting for breakfast and a place to use two computer terminals. I would definitely come back here. Good healthy choices for breakfast, also.
Soap dispenser and lotions were in large bottles, which was fine. But the dispenser by the sink was hung too high and not located in a useful place.

The air conditioner was the best of ANY hotel we stayed at.
Tried to check in early and the young gentleman was rude and unhelpful. Also, you need signs to find the ice machines. Also, bathtub could use a refresh with the caulk.

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff, especially the lady overseeing the breakfast & staff, were all friendly, helpful, and ready to assist. Hot food was hot and replenished often. The location was perfect with easy access to I-94. We were back & forth between Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti, and it was very convenient.

The bathroom had some hair and a little bit of dirt but otherwise clean.

Since I was there for a long stay, I felt the room should have had a toilet brush and detergent for users daily maintenance. I feel the cleaning every 5 days was not sufficient to maintain the sparkle in the toilet. By the time my two weeks were over, a slight brown line had started forming in the toilet bowl.

Breakfast was above average and serving staff very attentive and accommodating. The facility and our room was very clean. Unscented is also very important to us. There were no febreeze or glade plug in types of "cover up" chemical scents. Just unscented and clean!
The check in clerk was friendly but very slow and could use more training.

I loved the size of the room, the comfortable beds, the nice lotion and soaps in the bathroom. I loved that there was a lot of seating in the room as well as a pull out couch. I loved how clean everything was and just the overall aesthetic of not just the room, but everything in the hotel as well. It was so nice to be able to walk through a hotel that is very clean, gives you a happy feeling because it has so much natural light with all the windows, very courteous staff and to just be greeted with a friendly smile! I will definitely be coming back and I'm letting all my family and friends know how amazing your hotel was and how it is at a great location where you can just hop right on the freeway to get there!
Everything was excellent and I have no complaints at all!
