The pillows were not good. Squishy! The AC didn’t work very well either.

The lobby and breakfast was decent and clean

Our room was not prepared not even at 8pm when we arrived when check in should have been at 3. No shampoo or jody wash all bottles were used and empty. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close the curtains. I went down and asked twice for maintenance to come fix it and no one came. After the first night of no sleep because it was bright in the room from the parking lot lights I asked again or to be moved and nothing was fixed just a sorry there's nothing we can do. Worst experience ever. Never going back there. Zero help or apologies.

The breakfast was good but I wish the hours were longer.

There was a bar/ restaurant in the lobby so we did not have to leave the hotel for dinner. The room was very nice and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was also very good.

When we arrived there were 3 police cars right at check in door, one took off on foot as he was running after someone. When asking the check in person was everything ok she was rude. I definitely would not have stayed but unfortunately I had already reached the point to cancel without a refund. The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work and the door to the bathroom was ridiculously had to lock.

Nice facilities in a modern hotel, conveniently located within a short drive from the University of Michigan. Comfortable room with amenities and a good breakfast. Pleasant stay. Helpful staff.
