I love everything about the hotel everything with accommodations. The stay was wonderful The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was awesome, my family enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I was disappointed with and hopefully I could speak with someone to give a discount for the pool being 70% warm that was the main reason why we came for the pool and the hot tub but overall an awesome weekend. It needs to be more handicapped in the front and then parking on the side it was tremendously cold at night

That there was marijuana being smoked across the hall and quite a few young African American girls going into the room with a African American man standing outside the door.. It was very loud in the room and we couldn't get our granddaughter to sleep that evening... Very frustrating..

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was great.

Food was horrible, they ran out of a lot. Made the same thing 2 days in a row which I couldn't eat.

They promised me an emailed receipt. Asked twice and never received it.

Breakfast included. The kitchenette in the room. The courtyard to hang out in the evenings was wonderful! One of the best features!

Room not tidied second day with fresh towels. Front desk said they only do weekly. I would have re-used towels if I’d been told on check in this rather than put in a pile on floor. I did get fresh towels at front desk

We arrived at the hotel firs1 garage can out front full with garbage on the ground , that was never emptied our entire 3 days. 2. Room was dirty coffee pot still had coffee from previous visitors. Bathroom walls had what appeared to be vomit all over the wall. 3. The 2nd day the breakfast was not even offered. The excuse I got was all. Leaning staff quit in one day. I feel very bad about that but if you continue to offer rooms and breakfast they that should happen. And I mean clean rooms. Thank goodness we had Clorox wipes and could clean our room ourselves. Worst experience ever!

The check in was very smoothly. The person at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The TV remote control wasn't working, there was only one channel to watch since the remote wasn't working after changing the remote and reseting the TV. The sofa bed's mattress wasn't comfortable, it was very hard and the room didn't have extra comforter, bed sheet, or pillows for the sofa bed.

Facilities nicely updated. I loved the patio, barbecue area and fire pit

Breakfast was not appetizing. Fresh scrambled eggs instead of the processed egg omelettes. No Bacon or sausage was available. The pre made French toast was hard. Would suggest a waffle maker
