Very good hotel

..on the brighter side staff were very helpful and friendly

No WiFi connection in our rooms and intercom too was faulty.rooms would be cleaned only on our request.then we would have to reset our access card.it was a pain as we would return late in the night and could not enter our rooms directly

No adequate drinking water provided Bad quality towels provided Room service average TV didn't have enough channels

Only positives -location is good, near bus stand and rooftop restaurant has a good view

Nothing. It's near to city.

It was an utter disaster stay for a family vacation. It was like a bus stand lodge. Badly maintained toilets, rusted wash basin, totally fungus attacked mirrors, Not properly working AC, totally uncomfortable bed, breakfast was the worst. They were feeding as if we have gone for some relief camps. You go and check with a lady in reception, she speaks like a Principal of a college and states that what can I do this is what we have. I asked the room which you gave me is called suite? Then her answer is that's what management has made. With all these they called the room which they gave me a suite. Not sure how a normal AC room will be then? Parking is another nightmare. You have to park behind the kitchen where they will keep pouring all waste water. You walk through all the kitchen waste to take the car. Then you see that they have allowed others to park in front of your car and you can't take your car out. They will search the owner for 30 mins, bring him to shift for you to go out. Pls refrain from staying here as this is not even value for money. I have also stayed in normal rooms but will be paying accordingly. But take a room for a leisure with family and you get such a nasty one.

Firstly they confirm our requests through mail,later they call and force to vacate before our requesting time period.

Location and neatness of the room.

I was given a room on the 4th floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were cleaning the area from 10.30pm onwards. There was so much of noise when they arranged tables and chair. I made a complaint to the reception at 11, no luck. I had to go to the reception at 11.45pm to get this noise stopped. They should be considerate in keeping the noise free environment.
