amazing location and great service!

The shower, bathroom and coffee machine were a nice touch and above average. Great location perfect for exploring a great part of the city.

How small the room is . No shelves or wardrobe space was annoying. The A/C didn't work on the last night which was also annoying.

Everything was amazing, cool design, friendly staff, room was beautiful… and the Bluetooth speaker and the honesty bar are too really nice touches

Internet didn't work in our room and we couldn't get a different room for a couple of days, they did compensate with complimentary breakfast and were trying to help.

My friend and I could not fault the hotel. Our twin room was first class, comfortable bed, lovely shower and everything was spotless. The tea/coffee facility was also very welcome. When booking, I requested a room with a walk in shower which was gratefully granted. The location is so handy, only minutes from Leidseplein, Vondel Park and the Museum area. The staff we encountered were very professional and friendly, Keep up the good work, you are a bonus to the Company

No complaints

- Location is very handy, good links to public transport and to loads of attractions/restaurants - Warm shower - Friendly welcome from reception team (think we were served by an Irish receptionist, who was great throughout)

- Room was not soundproofed at all well. We were woken up a few times from people staying above us in the early morning.. - Shower did not drain well at all. I had to stop the shower for a minute or two to allow it to drain properly and ‘start’ showering again - Very basic amenities provided, strangely not even a bottle of water offered (but there was no mini fridge in the room - No real storage storage for clothes - The worst part was the cleanliness… the outside of the toilet WAS NOT clean (urine, and some other strange bodily fluid) and we were chased out of our room by housekeeping one day so that he could ‘clean’. With persistent knocking we eventually left the room and went to reception to complain, although we both felt that there was no real resolution to our issue as we heard nothing back from reception when they said they would escalate this to their manager. This scenario of being chased out of the room and poor servicing of our complain did make our experience of here worse. In the end, we found that was ‘cleaned’ was the bin and the bed made… So not really worth having our experience ruined by this, we felt.. At the price point we paid, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there will be other places cheaper, likely at the same quality

Very handy location near the theatre district and Melkweg, lovely friendly staff who helped us get a last minute taxi sorted and very comfortable room!
