We had the best experience at the Maldron last weekend for my partners birthday. All staff were very accommodating. But a special mention to Oisin on the front desk! He ensured that we had all that we needed and was very friendly and welcoming. I had requested a dessert plate when we arrived and the front office manager made sure everything was perfect. We’ll be back again !

Clean and comfortable rooms.

It was spacious . Staff were very friendly. Just a 15 min walk into town.

I don’t like relying on air con…..prefer to open window.

Beautiful location Sarah from the reception was particularly helpful. In all honesty all the staff were very attentive and pleasant Bathroom spacious and room decently sized

I wud recommend adding a mini fridge in the room :)

The room wasn’t cheap! As we opened the room door. We couldn’t believe our eyes “. The room had no windows. Just 3 very small square port holes “. Not even At eyes level. And didn’t open. Unbelievable. I asked at reception’ why would you build rooms in a hotel without windows. ??? It was stuffy and I didn’t mention it to my wife until morning when we checked out but I was worried about how we’d get out it the very worst happened

absolutely everything we had a brilliant stay we only booked 2 nights but we loved it so much we asked to book a 3rd night 😁

Staff was nice.

We had issues with the room (key) and it took ages to sort and even though it wasn't the staff's fault I did have to go up and down the stairs a fair bit to get them to actually start sorting it, was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was wayyyy too expensive for quality of food in my opinion would never purchase again to be frank.

I did stay in the hôtel for three night at the stuff was li ely except some peaple. For example the person he called "Muhammad" who did my check in didn't say when usually the breakfast is and said to me we don't have room services even without I asked about it !! .... BTW I'm Muslim as well so it not from the aspect of hating at all it just not good  to say such thing during check in and even this was not right becouse i saw the room services is cleaning  the room everyday...... This was very strange I used to travel becouse my work and my first time to face such rude welcoming when i entered the hotel.  Moreover I told their person I will have meeting near to me check out ... During the day of my check out I receive a call before the check out by 20 minutes tell me the check out time a second very strange attitude "from the same person ". I finalise my checkout before 12 pm but there was no need for such bothering ranging before the check out time  during my meeting.... Beside the day of check out I received a hint during my breakfast one girl from the hotel come and ask me about my room number !!  And this was at 10 am .... Every hotel usually provide one bottle of water per one person, I stayed three day  the room services did provide any bottle of water ... My whole experience was uncomfortable and especially the person you have at the reception not suitable person at all to welcome guests....

very clean room and comfortable bed. food at the bar was very good quality. check in was friendly and efficient. there is good underground security parking on site. easy access from main road. massive flat screen tv in room

room is a bit small

Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed and pillow. Location was an approx 3-4km walk into the main area of Galway. Free parking in the underground carpark.

Gym access was 0900-2100 and you needed to obtain another card access from reception.

Everything, it was great holiday.

Nice friendly staff, good size twin room with two double beds. The room and facilities also seemed clean and looked after.

It wasn't clear about recycling options although there was a bin in the hallway by the lifts which may have been for that. I would prefer less towel changing for the environment. It was a bit of a walk into the main city center. I'd prefer not to have to ask for beans at breakfast and also the coffee situation was a bit unclear and clunky. The tv in the room was hard to use which may possibly have been a dodgy control.

Only problem was bathroom mirror up too high (room 114) I’m under 5 ft so I couldn’t use it. The extractor did not work either. The shower was lovely though.
