It is in a great location! We could walk everywhere within 10-15 min. The hotel is very centrally located to catch a bus or to go into town for dinner. There are also a lot of breakfast places within walking distance.
The parking was a bit tricky but they were very nice to keep the car. The apartment was a little dirty. The rug under the coffee was table was VERY dirty. The alley just out our bedroom wedding was very busy. On Monday, we were woken up at 4:30am, 5:30am, 6:00 and 7:30. 4:30 was when the garbage was collected and various things were delivered or happening all morning long.

This is not a real review from St. Bridgets because we got an upgrade to a different apartment - a close by penthouse from CityPoint Apartments.
My rating is of that apartment.

Really nice staff
Took card details as deposit. I was told no money would be taken yet £171 was taken from account and will take 2 to 5 days to be paid back. I understand they want to protect against damage etc but they should only take it if something was damaged

it was a great view of the city from our balcony and the apartment was very acceptable. However it was very very difficult to access. From the reception desk You take an elevator to the basement down a hallway to the car park through the car park and turn left through the brown door up a long steep set of steps to the outdoor balcony unlock the door and go up another very long steep set of stairs. There was nothing written about this in any description of the accommodations. We are 78 and 80 years old with some health and slight mobility issues. Patrons should be made aware!!

Lovely staff who were very helpful.
Very nice apartment.
Great location.
The apartment was generally very clean, and we had a clean and linen change twice during our stay. We must mention, however, that underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long, long time, and certainly not this year. We discovered this by accident whilst looking for something dropped, I do hope this mistake will be addressed by the cleaning management as it is otherwise a faultless place to book a break.

The location was great and convenient for exploring Galway. The kitchen and bathroom fittings seemed quite new and the lounge was comfortable and it was nice there was some outside space although this was not particularly pretty.
There were a lot of issues with the facilities in the flat. Only three dining chairs and two outside chairs were provided for an apartment sleeping 4 occupants. We had to therefore use an outdoor chair just to sit around for a meal. The kitchen lacked basic equipment such as any wooden spoon or similar to use when cooking. There were no sieves or colanders, no grater, only one blunt chopping knife, which made it laborious to prepare even a simple meal. The toaster was cheap, old and very difficult to get working (the function on the toaster wouldnt stay down easily) and desperately needed replacing. The shower screen was entirely ineffective at keeping water off the bathroom floor so I ended up ringing out a bathmat with floor water many times after showering. There was no information provided in the apartment to advise about WiFi, recycling and rubbish, local recommendations etc., which I would usually expect in a self catering property.
The beds were on casters on laminate floor and moved around and away from the headboard when you get into them. They need securing.
Parking is not included (whilst there are parking spaces directly outside the properties it appears these are allocated elsewhere). On street parking is payable close by. However it was difficult even to drop cases off by car when checking in at the adjoining hotel.

Good location. Nice apartment. Washing machine. Lots if space. Two bedrooms plus lounge and kitchen. Dining room conservatory. Staff at hotel were super helpful with fitting our car in the basement carpark.
Could add plants to outside courtyard?

The staff and hotel bar is great, location close to city center. We had a suite (apartment) which included a parking spot in their garage.
With 5 people only 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 chairs. Other utensils like can opener and bottle opener were broken. No coffee machine. Door to one bedroom didn't close properly. Huge terrace but no outdoor furniture at all.

location
basic furnishing not particularly comfortable,no lock on the bathroom door,no locks on bedroom doors, rear garden area dirty and no furniture, kitchen utensils need updating. We had to go to reception to ask for clean towels as it was apparent that the apartment wasn’t going to be cleaned daily.
There was a rip in one of the duvet covers which we told reception about but it wasn’t changed.
No parking

if you have a car, especially when you need to check in, it won't be very comfortable as the closest parking available is 10 minutes walk

location
Bedroom was super small - couldn’t have our suitcases in there - had to put them in the living room. Had to climb into bed from the foot of the bed. Person next door had music or TV on all night.
