Clean, nice staff.

Poor quality, terrible shower, beds uncomfortable. Poor signage and directions to car park, making it difficult to find.

The noise outside. The car wash at the garage next door seems like it runs all night. Very noisey! I know on the sheet of rules we received on arrival, it stated only after seven days of stay the cleaning gets done. We had to wait until four o' clock for check-in as the room was being cleaned. I think your cleaners need training. The suite floors should be swept and washed and the washroom should be cleaned each day! I pulled the bed out from the wall to make the bed, and the dust on the floor was disgusting, which seemed to be there for some time along with a hair brush which was also very dusty! No face cloths Also, while waiting for four o'clock check-in, we were told they could store our luggage. They sure did in a so-called broken washroom??? So not happy!

Camera pulita e confortevole, reception h24, personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio sotterraneo dedicato e gratuito. Centro città a 15 minuti a piedi oppure 5 minuti in autobus che si prende letteralmente a 50 metri dall'hotel. Mini cucina attrezzata in camera. Ottimo!

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto i letti non sono matrimoniali, per due persone leggermente stretti.

Porta tagliafuoco in cucina scomoda, poca carta igienica a disposizione, finestra non si apre completamente ma solo pochi centimetri

Could only get into the bed frpm one side....not handy unless you were on the outside. Shower drain clogged and water backed up. Our shower drippeed into room below us.
