It was a very quiet room. We were near the balcony at the front so we were able to take advantage of that.
It was a bit dated, the breakfast did not include much healthy food and was cleaned up long before the "breakfast hour" expired.

Liebevoll geführtes Haus, sehr gutes und günstiges Frühstück. Wir konnten am Haus parken und zu Fuß in das Zentrum laufen, das war perfekt. Unser Zimmer war groß und gemütlich ausgestattet. Würde ich wieder buchen.

The employes and the owner are super gentil, the breakfast is very good and everything was super clean and organized. Also, the place is super quiet, and close from the downtown. You rest very well.
The size of the bedroom and the bed that I choose. Is fine for 1 person, but for a couple is too small. There are bigger bedrooms.

I hate to say this. And I know we are all different. But I really did not like the pillows. That having been said - did not ask for an alternative so for all I know alternatives could perhaps be available.

Breakfast was acceptable.
Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were completely flat, we about froze in our room and had to request the heat be turned on. She told me that they don’t get cold! When we went to leave we were in the process of removing some of our bags and before we were finished they popped into the room while one of us was in the bathroom. Couldn’t wait for us to leave, I guess. Thought that was rude quite honestly.

The hosts were very welcoming, the hostess was very helpful even calling a cab for me when my tour coach didnt arrive.

The Balcony house was a perfect stay for one night in Galway. The Check-in process was easy! We were late to check-in due to a flat tire and the host waited for us to check-in. The room was cozy and simple. A short walk downtown. Parking was provided and all around a fantastic stay. Would recommened!

The hostess was incredibly considerate and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Her breakfast was amazing! So nice to get fresh baked goods brought out to you. She was also willing to talk about the town, let us know where to visit, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here.
