Salle de bain à rénover (joints moisis, placards..) fuites d’eau WC et lavabo, baignoire et lavabo avec écoulement difficile, impossible accéder terrasse car porte fenêtre bloquée tout le séjour (cassée après avis du technicien de l’hôtel), restaurant / petit dej avec choix mais qualité moyenne.

Excellent location, close to Petronas Towers and easy reach for metro lines. Excellent Korean restaurant next door. Also close to outdoor street food venue

Room was good size but dated, needs refreshing

Fantastic kind and attentive staff. luxurious feel for a good price on entry. Pool was fantastic, very large with enough loungers and towels by the pool. The tennis courts were an extra bonus the breakfast buffet was exceptional such a good choice

Room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Great location, walking distance to Twin Towers.

Our room rent included stay for my husband, our child, and myself. It was disappointing to discover that we were charged an additional Ringgit 10 for a blanket for our son. Buffet breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians.

スタッフの対応が最高でした。フレンドリーでいつもお客が、滞在中に気持ちよく過ごせる様に心遣いをしてくれました。12月中旬から1月中旬までの26泊を、キッチン付きの長期滞在用の1LDKを夫と2人で利用しました。朝食付きにしましたが、毎朝飽きる事なく、豊富なメニューと味、広い食堂、とりわけいつも気にかけてくれたスタッフのカマールさん、他のメンバーに感謝です。ぜひお勧めしたいホテルです。

Good options for breakfast, international and malaysian. Right near the twin towers. Friendly helpful staff. Communal areas well kept. Effective AC.

Room was very dated, bedsheets and carpets had stains and bathroom was in disrepair. Very firm bed.

- Excellent service, very welcoming and helpful with any concerns, and proactively. - Great views from our room (32nd floor). - Great buffet breakfast, with many options available. - Nice decor and very clean. - Would happily stay here again. - Convenient location, easy to catch a grab from here to anywhere. - Large room with plenty of floor space and a closet for luggage and other storage.

- Didn't matter for or bother us, but we got moved from a twin room to a room with a double bed. Rest still the same.

Location was very good, breakfast had a huge selection but a little disappointed that other patrons would bag up croissants and leave with them. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding as they were in the rest of the hotel too. Would definitely come back.

Toilet bowl cannot flush,twice even after repair Cannot check out at even 1pm although I stayed 2 nights The tea ordered at the bar was not good at all.(not worth the price) Breakfast quality slowly reducing,on 2nd day roti canai doesn't taste like one.too thick the roti Some area not refilled fast enough,like noodle corner

Breakfast : Love the breakfast spread - varieties of Malay, arabic, western salads. Room : Room was spacious - good view as we were on 35th floor. Gym - Love the gym too, spacious and a lot of equipments. Hotel Location : Location of the hotel is also very strategic, not far away from the main attractions. Staff - very well mannered and friendly.

Breakfast - I missed 2 breakfast as I stayed in a guesthouse. The property could have compensated me when I brought in 2 guests to join us for breakfast but instead, I had to pay 40RM for each of them. Gym - some equipment are not serviced properly - it could be a danger for gym users. Also they should provide water bottle at the gym. Room - there is no ventilation in the toilet/bathroom. Although there is a small balcony, there is no windows hence no ventilation at all.

Great offer for the low price.

Breakfast are not really adapted for Europeans
