The roof top bar and restaurant was a lovely spot. However, we dined in the restaurant on the final night and after an hour and a half our main course still hadn't arrived. The headwaiter came over when we asked where the food was and he thought we were referring to our dessert - not that the main course hadn't appeared. He said they were busy which always surprises me when a restaurant says that as if they cannot cope. In the end we just had to leave as we were past hungry. Very disappointing for our final night. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant if its busy. The hotel still charged us for the starter and wine on the bill though!! The huge building opposite is being renovated and probably a while from completion. Eating breakfast outside of the hotel is disturbed by building noise.

Interior was very well decorated. Clean and bathroom in particular well finished.

The pillows are not as good as should be provided for the quality of the rest of the property and neither are the sheets. Would expect better pillow and sheets. In addition AC was not as strong as expected.

Fantastic hotel with a great location and rooftop restaurant and pool. The staff was excellent and everyone was a pleasure to interact with.

Unfortunately there is a massive building under construction directly across the road, blocking the majority of the view. Service at the rooftop bar and restaurant was poor. Had to get up from table or lounge to actively find a staff member to order on all occasions. On two nights, my order was forgotten multiple times and I had to wait a long time and/or ask again. The room had a second door to block noise and light from the hallway. Unfortunately the air conditioning was in the section closed off by this second door. Air conditioning was ineffective in keeping the room cool enough overnight. Noise from other rooms easily carries and is disturbing. When I first arrived there were drips of blood on the floor in the entrance way and leading through reception. I alerted the staff and they did not seem concerned or apologetic. The reception staff member ignored me and went back to her computer until I asked if I could check in. I think this is because I arrived carrying a backpack and did not look like the normal clientele of the hotel. It was not worth the money, I have stayed in many other higher luxury hotels in equivalent locations for far less. Pool very small and too hot.

Good location. Very comfortable and clean. Was surprised with the roof bar and restaurant. The staff were very helpful with the problem we had in the room.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the pool on the roof as it was the only one in the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my husband and I had a comfortable and romantic stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay.

Level 3 smelt like sewerage. The hotel also had a lot of construction happening around it so a sleep in wasn't possible. The reception experience wasn't very pleasant.

Super friendly staff, gorgeous decor (so modern, stylish and clean) and the perfect location. it also has a fabulous roof terrace with gorgeous views & a pool.

The only thing I would amend is a better snack / light bite menu for the terrace.

There is not much to like about this hotel, the staff and the poor service. we left after just 12 hours, as we found it of such a poor standard when we were meant to be there for 4 days. However, the hotel was clean and in a good position, just a short walk from the beach.

This hotel is not a 4 star, it’s between a 2 and a 3. we arrived late and asked for room service, there was only 1 dish on the menu, as it turned out, there was 1 potion of the 1 dish too, which was served with an aeroplane-style cake wrapped in plastic. So we were left hungry. the hotel itself is polished but clinical and vacuous. the staff are poorly trained and told me they “are under no obligation to provide room service” which is why I do not think this hotel is classed as a 4 star. The first room we had, had a view into the underbelly of an air con unit, we moved, but in general the rooms are pokey, soulless and drab. there are much better hotels in the area, which we escaped to, I’m so glad we left because this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never left a hotel after just 12 hours of staying there but leaving but the best decision.

It doesn’t have a ‘spa’ - the massage treatments were great but it didn’t have the spa facilities like a jacuzzi etc you might expect. the gym was style over substance - no running machine

Room was great, everything what you would need was in the room. Location was central to everything. Breakfast was okay.

Room Service - Ordered a Beef Burger and Fries and a pudding, was told they had sold out of beef and they offered a chicken burger instead. When it arrive the chicken was very dry. the chips were dried and stale (looked and tasted as they were fried twice and warmed up in the oven), disgusting. the Pudding was poor too. I should have complained at the time, but I was tired and had a early flight to catch in the morning. Basically a rip off for the price charged. Fire Alarm sounded around 5am. got up and when down to reception, member of staff ignore us, Until duty Manager arrived informed us it was a false alarm. Staff need to be re-trained on how to act when the alarm goes off.

the atmosphere and the vibe of the 1930s era was superbly done! loved all the little touches to make it classic!

there were some facilities that weren’t open only due to the fact it’s just opened and they don’t start til spring.

The hotel is conveniently located to visit Antibes, Cannes and Nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed 2 delicious dinners in a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
