I was very happy with my short stay in Helsinki. My studio was spacious, warm, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in was easy and I had no issues using the automated system. I also appreciated the location, which was just a few steps to several bus lines and the metro.

If I was staying longer, it would have been nice to have some basics in the kitchen like oil, salt, and pepper. Perhaps these items are available in the common kitchen? But, for a short stay, it was excellent!

Doskonała lokalizacja - tuż obok przystanku autobusu na lotnisko, świetne połączenie z centrum, w dodatku w tym samym budynku na parterze Lidl. Fajny widok (a na górze jeszcze taras z widokiem na Helsinki), dobra izolacja dźwiękowa, cicho. Komfortowy apartament, czysto, wygodnie. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bezkontaktowe, ale zupełnie bezproblemowe, bez nerwów, choć gdzie indziej różnie z tym bywa.

The studio is clean, well-equipped (there is even a washing machine), beds are comfortable and the location is good (there are some bars and restaurants in the neighborhood).

I had some issues checking in. The staff mentioned the system doesn’t recognize some countries, e.g. Serbia. However, there was someone who helped resolve the issue.

Huoneen siisteys ei täyttänyt vaatimuksia: roskat oli viemättä eikä lattia-alaa ollut siivottu kunnolla tai ollenkaan

Location was perfect for me as I had business In Kalasatama. The rooftop terace was cherry on top.

The room was top notch. Clean, stylish and comfortable. I was lucky enough to be on the top floor which had a great panoramic view of Helsinki.

Ulko-ovella emme keksineet, miten päästä sisään kun check in oli vasta kahden oven takana 2. kerroksessa. Onneksi päästiin toisen vieraan avulla molemmista ovista...

Good and clean room

Cold and poor wifi also some other neighbours is living like a home and workplace always busy even if they are not working you cant find place for work they are booking places by leaving laptops! That was challenge for me.

L'hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas du métro qui amène directement au centre. La kitchenette est vraiment un atout et permet de passer des soirées au calme en hiver. On retrouve beaucoup de commodité (coin jeux, grande cuisine partagée ...) et les locaux sont bien entretenus. L'isolation phonique entre les chambres est vraiment parfaite !

Les fenêtres sont de mauvaise qualité, on entend tout le bruit venant de l'extérieur ainsi que quelques courants d'air lorsqu'il y a du vent. C'est vraiment le point le plus défavorable mais il semblerait que cela soit ainsi dans tout Helsinki.

Muy bien la experiencia, usamos la sauna y el spa que estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones. Las zonas comunes muy modernas, ordenadas y cómodas. El baño era muy grande. Aunque está lejos del centro de la ciudad está muy bien comunicado con tren, metro y bus. Repetiríamos.

The facilities were exceptional There were services included that I didn't know about before coming (such as the bike rental or the gym); they were a very nice suprise.

I wasn't able to use the washing mashine in the room. Luckily there were some shared ones available. The location wasn't as peaceful as other parts of the city, but the room was perfectly isolated, so it wasn't an issue.

Der Ausblick ist unglaublich wenn man weiter oben ein Zimmer erhält - mit Ausblick buchen lohnt sich also Whirlpool und Sauna fantastisch, sauber und wenn man will sogar ein geselliger Ort

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen und schläft wirklich direkt neben einem lärmenden Kühlschrank.. Es ist auch definitiv ein Expat-Hotel, die meisten Leute machen dort also keinen Urlaub sondern sind dort längerfristig untergebracht. Das ist kein Minus aber eine interessante Information vorab vielleicht

Good room

I payed EUR 25 per night for a reserved parking ( there are only a few ) and another guest took it. The hotel has NO CONTROL of the process.

Everything was just perfect. Clean, nice room, free sauna included! Next to restaurants, shops and metro station.

Very good concept, with personal studio and quality shared space. Amazing gym, fully equipped which is pretty rare

totally self serve and they made everything easy and clear. the room nearly equiped everything that a traveler need, very covenient. a supermarket just down stairs next to the hotel. 5 min walk to some nice bakeries.just few steps to the bus/tram/metro stop.

the washing machine that inside studio is out of dryer function. the wall may soundproof, but the windows are not, even they can't be opened.
