If you compare it to all the other hotels, yes, it is Pricy, BUT it is hard to spot anything wrong except the price. The view is breathtaking and doesn’t feel real. I had to stop often to take photos. All the staff I met were super friendly, and I feel like I received 1vs1 bespoke service throughout my stay. The designs and conditions are super luxurious, and they clean the rooms twice daily, so the cleanliness is 11 out of 10 because I will give 1 point extra for the tea they prepared in the vacuum cup in the night time.

I don't do beach activities, so I enjoyed my time lying on the beach, but beach lovers will find it slightly disappointing.

The service and everything was EXCELLENT and beyond imagination. Especially the service from the butler Stefanus was very impressive, he delivered my forgotten belongings to the airport by motorcycle to hand it to me before my departure. Special thanks to him. The outstanding and impressive service and a truelly hotel du LUXE!

Wow… this place is exceptional. Relaxing, peaceful and sophisticated; you can also have some local culture and tradition, but not fake, made for tourists. Ok… tourism is part of the business, I know… but the guys there really found a good balance between things. This place is nothing compared to the “resorts” we see here and there - it's something else! All the staff was just fantastic (by the way, all People from Bali are extraordinary). I have to highlight the special attention we had from Wita - we’ll never forget, my friend. Thank you! And Jun was just precise in his support and all the attention.

The hotel has an outstanding location (albeit not actually on the beach, but above it). Staff are extremely helpful and the villa we had was lovely (No 63).

The only thing that irritated us was the food offering. The food was OK (we used the standard restaurant and the bar) but not excellent. Certainly not up to the standard that the hotel's optimistic pricing would suggest.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rose during my stay at the hotel and I must say, she is an absolute gem. Her attention to detail and unwavering dedication to making my stay comfortable was truly remarkable. Every request I had, she went above and beyond to make it happen. My wife and I was so touched by her kindness and warmth that I can honestly say, she made my trip unforgettable. The first reson to comeback again to the Resort will be the outstanding services provided by Rose.

Wow, Bulgari let me experience what is “customized services”, beside all the luxury hotel provided the excellent service, all the Bulgari staff tried to provide what the best I need and what the most convenient for me, and all of them are so friendly. I already missed the placed event though I just left there today afternoon:)

The daily yoga classes were a great way to start the day, and the massage services and Bulgari shop were also top-notch.
