Herausragend ist die Kulanz des Hotels bei unvorhergesehener kurzfristiger Absage (wir konnten zunächst wegen eines kurzfristig anberaumten Streiks der Flugsicherung nicht anreisen). Die Rezeption ist mit deutsch sprechendem Personal besetzt, was zu jeder Zeit Hilfe bereit hält. Das Buffet sowohl am Abend als auch am Morgen war herausragend. Abwechslungsreich und gut präsentiert. Man hat sich immer schon auf den Gang in das Restaurant freuen können.

Nice apartment with sea view. Pleasant and helpfull reception staff.

Parking, near hotel is always full, in high season it could a really big problem. The same situation with parking in a city center. Kitchen equipment is poor, very old hob. No wash dish or washing machine. Because of very cold and rainy weather in May, was not possible to use beach or swimming pool.

Great location, spotlessly clean, very good breakfast.

Nothing except maybe more staff for the bar and restaurant, couldn’t get anything to eat or drink in the afternoon.

Outdoor pool was not open when we went because we went during off season. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are like mini apartments and had full kitchens in them. Dinner and breakfast was good but a little over priced in our opinion. Overall would go back during summer

The indoor pool did disappoint us as it was very very small compared to the pictures posted. The indoor hot tub was not "hot" at all. Parking was hard at night and sometimes had to park 5 mins away to find anything

Some good things to say as well, the rooms were decent sized, clean and cleaning staff were around every day. Towels changed every day if required. TV has just 1 English channel (Sky News Intl.), if that is of relevance to you. The breakfast and buffet were of good quality if a bit repetitive, so a bit of variety (themed menus) will help. The staff work hard and always had a smile so top marks to them. So overall a good break for us but wouldn't expect the above issues from a 4*.

1) Payment for drinks during dinner - we were served the drinks and were given the bill, twice, during the meal. The server could have waited for the end of the meal. First time I have ever been served a bill for payment for food or drinks while I am having my food. 2) Shower - the water was getting hot and cold while taking a shower. Which, in winter, it is quite a shock as the water instantly became icy cold, then a few second later boiling hot. Kept on happening almost every day during our stay. 3) We were in room 315. There was nothing to block the view from the adjacent balcony on the left, so no privacy. Other rooms seem to offer a degree of privacy, but not the corner rooms. The flipside is that this room offered lovely sunrise views. 4) Twice we noticed the beach side entrance to the hotel and pool side entrance into the building unlocked. This is a security issue, especially with kids running around. 5) There is no concierge. I would have expected that at a 4-star hotel. The ones I have been to all have concierge to help with the luggage at check-in and check-out. 6) No secure hotel parking (for hired cars), you can park in the adjacent roads, but it isn't secure. Someone tried to crowbar our car, damaging the door and roof; had to pay damages to the rental company.

The location is amazing. I love the fact that there is a great seaside walking trail right in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious. It was nice having an early check-in and late check out. Older but very clean.

During the off-season, there are not many stores open. Therefore, you need to drive to get to a supermarket.

The hotel is located near the beach. Good breakfast. Mega positive lady who looking after kids.

indoor swimming pool is connected with jacuzzi so the water in jacuzzi is not warm enough.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable too. These were the only good things i can comment on.

We were told check in was available from 2pm which was confirmed a week before the stay too. We arrived at 1:30pm to drop our bag off before going for a walk and confirmed check in only to be told we were only allowed the room from 3pm. Once checked in, there were no amenities such as tea and coffee's, the aircon didn't work, we had no dish soap and the phone to call reception wasn't working. We woke up on our first morning only to find our toilet was broken. Reception wasn't helpful when we reported this and was told "we will try get it sorted today" however i am still not sure what they expected us to do in the interim. The hot water was hot... for the first 3 minutes and then went freezing. Overall, a terrible hotel.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Nice see view. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t need it that much. The restaurant serves great half board. The food was of really good quality, tasty and diverse. Really good location and wi-fi.

The indoor pool is rather small.
