Pros: 1) Good location, nearby subway station, a convenience store, a relatively short (15 minutes) walk from a train station with regional trains and airport train. 2) Very attentive, helpful, kind staff who did their utmost to please the guests. 3) Excellent air condition, which was very silent. 4) A nice gym and a nice pool area. 5) Very good soundproofing of bedroom, however somewhat lackluster soundproofing of other rooms, including bathroom. 6) Very convenient with a washer (to wash clothes). 7) Comfy bed. 8) Good breakfast with a good variety of both western (i.e. pastry) and eastern (i.e. noodles) choices. 9) Complimentary water bottles given out every day by housekeeping.

Cons: 1) Ants in the bathroom! 2) Poor soundproofing in bathroom and living room. 3) Housekeeping entered my friend's apartment at 8.30 AM to start cleaning one day. Houskeeping started cleaning my apartment at 17.50 PM one day. 4) Too little soap in the bathroom and too little toilet paper. 5) The property (that is: the appartments) is clearly worn down and is in urgent need of renovation. 6) Slow and rather unstable wi-fi with several disconnection issues. 7) The kitchen was too poorly equipped. 8) Cannot visit your friend/whomever who's staying in another apartment because your room key card will not grant you access to other floors than the one you're staying in.

apartment we had was quite empty, could have been a bit more style in it.

As returning guests we were greeted warmly by the staff and love our stay in these apartments. The apartment was as we reserved and Pak Puji, the porter welcomed us like family. We will be back again.

The hotel apartments are clean and super spacious. Close to public transport and shopping malls. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
