We really enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful host, great location for the old town but still peaceful. Very comfortable room with a balcony and a lovely breakfast.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean especially bathroom. Helpful staff. Location great for spending time in Santillana and visiting Caves of Altimira.
Nothing to do with property but road works were certainly making it more difficult to access properties on this side of village. Hard on owners trying to make a living.

La Villa de Santillana del mar preciosa, la posada acogedora, limpia y cómoda, el personal muy agradable, Coral un encanto, nos ayudó en todo, el desayuno muy abundante y exquisito. Que más se puede pedir, para volver. Muchas gracias por todo
Justo al lado hay un parque, que por supuesto no es culpa de ellos, pero eran la 1:00 de la madrugada y había niños jugando y chillando, junto con adultos que gritaban y hasta que no se retiraron del parque no pudimos quedarnos dormidos. Así que a ver la tele hasta que se vayan.

Hemos pasado una semana súper a gusto. La habitación cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Situada en frente de un parque muy bonito, con facilidad de aparcamiento y a 2 min andando del centro de Santillana.
Los dueños son encantadores, siempre atentos y cercanos; nos aconsejaron varios sitios, tanto de visita como de comida, y todos un gran acierto (¡¡¡muchas gracias!!!).

Beautifully clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, lovely view from our room and a lovely little terrace off the bedroom, as well as a larger terrace available upstairs by our room out the front of the property, The staff were lovely and the accomodation excellent

My room was the budget attic.
It was adorable. I wanted to just stay in bed. It felt like your in a doll house.
The people who run the place are delightful. Value for money.

We stayed in the attic room and it was lovely decorated. The place is just at the start of the old town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Santillana!
Nothing bad to say truly. Just watch out that there is no elevator in case you need it.

Great property, with friendly staff in an excellent location. Liked the countryside views from the balcony.
Breakfast was very simple / basic (the worst of our 11 day trip) though was perfectly adequate.
The only thing to be wary of is if there is a Fiesta going on it will be literally outside the front door - and the Spanish love to party(!) unfortunately they may not start until late and finish even later which isn't an aid to sleep, so check before you book or be prepared to join the fun!

We stayed back in 2017, since then our room, not sure if all the hotel has been updated, I think it has has had a complete update. Bathroom great size with "double" walk in shower.
Superb location for village which has ample good restaurants. Only about 20 miles from Santander.
I almost do NOT want to tell people about this gem of a village!

Breakfast was simple, but more than adequate. Catering staff at pains to make us comfortable. Location for the village was good. No evening dining facilities but more than enough restaurants and cafes to wander to without to much effort. Would happily stay here again on a future visit to, or through, the area.

Attractive property, well kept, modern decor and bathroom, large room. Friendly welcome, helpful staff, available when needed, happy atmosphere. Good/prompt communications about the booking. Strong Wifi. Great facilities eg fridge, kettle and several power points. Quiet room as we had requested (in consequence no views). Decent breakfast with lovely bread.
Wifi code limited to 3 machines, had to work that out and ask for another code. Otherwise everything excellent.

Very friendly staff, clean room, two minutes walking from the pedestrian area of Santillana del Mar, 4 minutes by car to the museum of Altamira, simple breakfast.
An egg at breakfast would have been nice.

We were warmly welcomed. The place has such a charm. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Spotless clean, every item was shining! We were given great suggestions for restaurant too.
