The location is quite good, close to many interesting places and well-communicated. Probably a good enough hotel for a quick business stay.

They have a Parking place, but there was no reference to the paid requirement until we already parked the car and checked in (1500 yen). The hotel staff at the reception told us we pay that for 1 day, but the truth is you pay till 11 am next day, check-out time. Then, they charged us 3 extra hours, 400 yen each. I explained this to the reception staff, but they did not care. Breakfast is also not very good. We booked 4 people two adults and two 9-year-old kids, breakfast was included, but when we arrived they told us the kids were not and we had to pay 2400 yen. The quality was also not good, they promote a beautiful hamburger in their pictures, and when you order it you get something similar to Mcdonald's basic hamburger. In general, the pictures shown here are far from reality. The hotel is old and the room was on a smoking floor (or at least it was before, but some smell remained). The bathroom was not the cleanest one, room to improve it. Misleading information on the TV, is outdated.

宿泊させてもらった部屋が清掃スタッフさんの倉庫？のような所の目の前で、朝うるさい、というか防音がほぼなかった感じ。話し声もガシャンガシャン音もほほ丸聞こえでしたね… 3泊しましたが次の日には耳栓必須でした

フロントの説明も簡潔で分かりやすい。全体に機能中止で、余計な装飾がないのが良かった。特にイベントのための宿泊には機能的なことが一番である。
