The villa itself is perfect. Well equipped (needs tea towel and oven gloves).
The host was very pleasant and kind to us. Location is perfect for restaurants, shops and the beach. Very relaxing.
Don't let the fact that it isn't as isolated as it looks put you off.
Building work going on next door for the first three days. Wasn't very private with builders on the roof looking over at you. Thankfully they finished work for the season on the third day.
Photos need updating as there is a hotel right behind the property and new villas being built next door which are not shown on the photos on booking.com
It isn't as isolated as it looks in the photos. Could do with a dressing table for women to do their makeup etc in one or both bedrooms. Beds are a bit uncomfortable.

We absolutely love our stay at this villa we been coming to Tsilivi for 6 years and this is the best place we stayed. Was in a really good location not far from the beach and not far from the restaurants but really private. Our children loved the pool and we loved the space. Maria and her husband were very helpful nothing was to much. They even had some essentials ready for us in the fridge for when we got there and even took us to the airport. We will definitely be back next year.

It is a lovely Villa, in a great location, run by an amazing family who take such pride in the property, it’s upkeep and the enjoyment that their guest get from there stay in Zante 😆😆

Immaculate property in a great location. The hosts were always available to assist. Best holiday stay we have ever had. Loved it all !!

Perfect location, short walk to beach and to town, and peaceful. beautiful villa, fully furnished for all your needs! Maria and her family were wonderful hosts, and we felt extra safe the the precautions they took for the social distancing for the pandemic
