La struttura è molto accogliente e curata. È situata in un punto molto strategico ma è completamente immersa nel silenzio e non si sente la confusione del centro. La stanza è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort, letto molto comodo e bagno grande e in ottimo stato. Piscina molto bella. La colazione e servita dal Cosmo café attaccato all'hotel ed è molto buona.

Niente in particolare. Consiglio solo di cambiare i phon perché sono molto piccoli e chi ha i capelli lunghi fa molta fatica ad asciugarli.

Located in quiet street away from traffic and noise. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Comfy beds. Restaurant they use for breakfast offered great tasty food. The hotel is surrounded by some great restaurants.

FYI: Shower placed half height up wall so have to hold it high to wash your hair. We booked an ATV tour through them and didn’t get what advertised I.e paid for 1,5 hours and got 45 minutes. Lunch should have been provided, it wasn’t. Hotel called and got discount for us. We also booked a transfer to Gili island and again the ‘fast boat’ of 1,5 hours ended up taking 3,5 hours. They are being let down by the tour operators. Just be wary.

La struttura è perfettamente al centro di ubud ed esteticamente non è niente male

Partiamo dalla pulizia. Primo giorno lenzuola sporche e asciugamani anche. Chiediamo i cambio e ci dicono che le asciugamani erano in lavanderia quindi le avremmo avute il giorno dopo, quella da viso non è mai arrivata. Punto fondamentale la truffa ricevuta dallo staff al momento della prenotazione di un transfer con fast boat per le Gili. Ci danno il nome di una compagnia delle più nuove, ci fanno pagare un prezzo più elevato rispetto alla media e al momento della partenza ci mettono su un’altra barca. Al mio sollecito tentano di dirmi che ero io ad aver capito male per poi sparire e non rispondere mai più alla mia richiesta di parziale rimborso. Insomma è carina ma troppo costosa e i servizi non funzionano. Secondo me si può trovare altro di meglio in zona

Lenzuola e cuscini abbastanza sporchi e macchiati (non macchie recenti ma di sicuro macchie vecchie dovute all'uso prolungato..)

The pool, the staff, the location

Air-con doesn’t cool room well enough, someone was spraying either pesticides or bug spray on plants when I was sitting around the pool.. they were wearing a mask.. bit didn’t tell me about it… this should be done at night. No shower curtain. Towels very stained. My bathroom was very run down.. needs a once over.
