Location was great! Parking, check-in process, pool access, etc. was perfect with no issues. All of us could leave or return without any issue of needing a key. My grand-daughter loved the pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach. Clean, large, and family friendly.

Perfect property for my gang. Kids had tons of fun with the pool table. Little dated and the dryer never worked properly. Overall very enjoyable.

Arrived and some of the bedrooms were not vacuumed and the beds weren’t made except for two or three It needed beds made and vacuumed and sweep when property management was called they didn’t understand that the beds weren’t made and put me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me property manager would call but didn’t know how long 10 minutes later called to tell he didn’t understand the property was marked as clean It was extremely frustrating just send someone I said and he’s like they been dispatched she arrived a argued also about she cleaned on Monday like people I don’t care just please take care of which she did Now at 10 o clock at night I can finally go to the grocery store could’ve been a way better experience Like instead of not believing me send somebody and apologize and stop making excuses Property was as described just needs some TLC it did work well for my family of 12

This is a nice, clean condo. We are not high maintenance folks but wanted others to be aware. Hopefully it gets resolved. The amenities for the number of people it is advertised is the biggest complaint. The main floor had 1 king w attached bath to room and hall, 1 w king & queen bed w private bath, kitchen - we bought more forks because there weren't enough AND left them there. bring sharp knives. table only had enough spaces for 12 and living room for 8 people (couch). 2nd floor had 3 king beds (1 w private bath) and 1 room w 2 double beds. 2 other bathrooms on 2nd floor that are open to all. 2 roll away cots in laundry room w 2 inch mats and no blankets to go w them, so we bought some. beach is 1 block from beach which was nice. hot tub - we called and told it was on and working... it was not.... couldn't even turn it on.... which was disappointing. As feedback, we checked in and pd for a day earlier and security came in without knocking which could be fixed w communication. another person came in w out knocking to paint....this is concerning because valuables are there and all these people are coming in and out. garbage left in the garage along w a pile of human poop in the stairwell w napkins that was there for several days. so...as feedback the keypad should be changed for tenants.. not free for all. Someone needs to be attending the garage. it is the first impression of the resort. a walk thru would be beneficial.

The week consisted of good, bad and ugly. With limited characters I can't go into details but hopefully you will get a good picture. The Good: Size of the Villa. The number of beds & bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining & living space worked out great for our extended family gathering. We rented two units, 102B (red) 103B (blue) because they were beside each other. The dining table allowed us to share past memories & create new ones which we are so grateful for! The dishwasher. The coffee pot, not a Keurig, but worked well and kept the coffee drinkers happy. The hot water heater: had hot water most of the time. Bedding and towels were plentiful. However, bring a blanket if you like little weight when you sleep as the bedspread is very light with. Makes sense for the summer. The elevator worked well. This was a necessity for our family as one family member was in a wheelchair. The foosball tables. The location, the pool area and responsiveness of the owner & maintenance was pretty good except for a couple of issues. The Bad & Ugly: Villas are showing their age in many areas and lack attention to details: Carpet & flooring upstairs, Patio furniture, Pool Tables felt & cue sticks were in poor condition, Game consoles not as described, pool water not heated, some Bathroom vents didn't work. Showers had patched floors, washer & dryer in one unit didn't work properly, noise issues. If you need a large place & can't afford to spend more this place will work.

Lower Kitchen cabinet next to fridge comes off if opened. Could not find extra garbage bag.

Very spacious! 5 bathrooms was a definite plus. Conveniently located to the beach and local attractions. Parking garage was a nice extra.

The property fit the description given. Some things were not as clean or as new as we may have expected but everything got the job done.

We enjoyed our stay . Great size for a large family. Dryer was a little scary, pool could have used a little TLC.

Great place for large groups. Had to call maintenance about a chirping smoke detector and they were out within the hour. It was within walking distance of beach, restaurants and amusements. Close to airport making it easy for those flying in. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised, location perfect, pool area even was clean. Balcony was a nice perk, and the dining table was enormous and gave us plenty of space to play games and visit!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Easy walk to the beach and the younger kids loved the pool being 3 feet.

We have a large family and wanted to have us all together. The rooms were decent size and the kitchen well-stocked. We donated a short stick for the pool table because my boys wanted to have some “serious” competition. Only challenge (as noted by the renter) was the dryer. It took many cycles to dry a load.

The condo was very clean. Any issues( there weren’t very many) were addressed easily. There was loud music but when we spoke with security the problem was resolved.

Long weekend annual golf trip for 8 older guys. Perfect size condo with great kitchen and living space. Nice outdoor patio as well. Would stay again.

We chose this apartment for a family vacation - grandparents, children, grandchildren, and close family friends. We had a big group, and this apartment was comfortable for everyone. Very close to the beach - just cross the street and you’re there! The kitchen was easy to use - very well equipped. And there was room for everyone around the table!! The apartment was very clean and the manager was quick to respond when we had questions.

The place was big enough for our group of friends. 7 couples total. The place was nice and location was excellent. One down side was not enough parking. Only allowed 4 parking spaces and we had 14 people staying there.

Our whole family said "Thank you"! It was a very nice 50th Anniversary/ family reunion and the VRBO worked very nicely. It gave us a place to be together and provided enough rooms for privacy. We look fwd to next time. M&M

The villa was in the perfect spot. The beach was just a 2 minute walk up the street. There was an ice cream store, restaurants, and a liquor store across the street. That was a perfect combination right there and more stores close by. Everyone loved the rooms they stayed in. Every room in this villa was PERFECT. The parking spots were a little tight to get into, but the elevator was just feet away. The check out time was 10am wished it was at 12pm (some flights didn't leave until after 3:30pm). Wished I could have stayed few more days there. The group decided to return again to this awesome property.

Everything was great. The entire family had fun, and we can't wait to come back. It was a clean home. Was a great experience. Thank you

Very spacious and convenient!

Had 2 Leaks in Unit checked in July 16, 2022 Checked Out July 20,2022 1. 1st Leak in the middle of the Kitchen coming out of the Kitchen Light Fixture Called Building Manager Marlysa at 2:53am July 17,2022 and asked her to have someone come out and look at it also tagged Property Manager Andy C Marlysa responded again at 6:06am and asked if the ceiling was still leaking and if it was alt of water or just a drip At 8:38am Marlysa emailed and sad Maintenance will be out shortly after 10:00am At 9:32am I informed Marlysa that the bottom of the shower had a Crack Maintenance Showed up about 10 30-11:00and I informed them that the shower was cracked so he went to Home Depot and got a patch and patched the shower floor and asked us not to use the shower for 24 Hours and I informed him that I deal with those type showers everyday at my job. We those showers those patches don't seal those showers so I informed my family not to use that shower and I put a do not use sign on the shower. 2. At 9:32pm July 17,2022 called Marlysa again to inform her that we had another Leak in the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom ceiling Marlysa I formed me that they did not own the property above them and that they would have to get I touch with the HOA Property Manager to have them cone out to repair the leak in the property above sha also informed me that they had previous Leak from the toilet some that is why they never repaired the ceiling in the bathroom At 10:27am July 18,2022 Marlysa emailed me again to inform me that the HOA Property Manager would be there in about an Hour to look at the leak Also got a Message from Andy C on the 18th that read - They are working Today" which was the last message I received from him At about 12:00pm July 18, 2022 the Person showed up and took a look at the leak and said he was going to call out a plumber to take a look at the leak He was there for a couple hours back and forward from their unit to my unit and informed me that he turned the water off to the toilet and basically he did all he could do for the moment and gave me a number to call after hours if needed After he left Marlysa called me to Inform me she was going to send Maintenance out to cut out the ceiling in the bathroom Maintenance showed up July 19,2022 and cut out ceiling in the Bathroom and found out leak was coming from their dryer vents in the ceiling he was informed to tell me ot to use dryer I have filled complaint thru Vrbo for compensation no
