Everything you need and more! Love the little things like blankets, comfy furniture, tea and coffee, items in the fridge.
Very comfy bed, and having a tv in the bedroom is great for those of us who need a little noise to sleep.

Julia met me to check in for our relatives who weren't arriving until quite late but she assured me this wouldn't have been a problem anyway. There is a key safe option. She responded very quickly to a couple of messages I sent before check in day and was extremely helpful when I met her. We booked the snug as we required some extra accommodation for family visiting for our son's wedding. They were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

An excellent stay in a very well appointed annexe. Extremely comfortable bed and everywhere very clean and tidy. Would book again when visiting Nottingham.

Everything. Couldn't have asked for more. All amenities were there as you needed and even small, but great touches such as milk in the fridge were perfect.

Very welcoming host who came to greet us upon arrival. Small details made the stay special, bagels for breakfast and chocolates on the bed. Would come back again, highly recommend.

Cannot fault this place and the pictures don’t do it justice. Julia was an amazing and understanding host. Especially loved all the attention to detail throughout the property and finding things you least expected! Highly recommend.

Separate from the main house, this little place was completely private and self-sufficient, beautifully designed to contain everything you need for a short break.

The Snug was stunning with lots of little extras… coffee machine and fresh milk, waffles in the fridge. Everything was very comfortable and the heating was on for us arriving.
We amended our arrival/departure times slightly, but quite late and the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Nottingham.
Everything was amazing! Zero complaints!
