This property is just opposite to Duomo… an important tourism spot in Como.
so many restaurants / ice cream parlours / apparel / garment shops nearby.
como lake is walkable distance…
Como railway station is just 10 mins walkable
just we can keep walking around and we can kill our time like anything….
and this property has got all stuffs required for a homely stay…
I don’t have any negative comments… if at all, i need to mention… then it would be the shower room - very small and my room was in the 2nd floor and no lift…
but…. I didn’t find these 2 issues a big complaint….

LOCATION
1) ONE OF THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING
2) TV WAS NOT WORKING
3) THE POWER FOR THE APARTMENT HAD TRIPPED ONCE. IT WAS RESTORED AFTER 30 MINUTES DUE TO FAULTY ELECTRIC CONNECTION OF THE APARTMENT.

Location was superb and right in the middle of historic Como. Apartment is spacious with very artistic decor, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and great balcony overlooking the Duomo. Shops and restaurants are literally below the apartment. Great stay!
It was cold at nights and the heating system (boiler with wall radiators) works only between 7am and 11pm. Shower is tiny for an adult but still manageable. You would have to be ok with loud music coming out from the restaurant below the apartment. We got used to it after few nights!

Great location, in the old town and 5 minutes from the lake and the Como Lago station. Traditional feel and big bedrooms.
Two bathrooms with nice products.
Washing machine and airier but no ironing board.
Supermarket less than 100m away.
Being opposite the Duomo and on the square, the bells are loud but only after 8am, and you can hear the outdoor cafes below, but we thought that added to the fun, and often sat on the balcony to enjoy the atmosphere.
The kitchen is small compared to the other rooms and there is no oven, just a hob and a microwave.

Very good location. Big appartement. Easy to check-in.
It is nosy as windows go to the square with restaurants and Cathedral.

Great beds, superb location, lots of space, kitchen well equipped
The main door into the building had a very difficult to open lock. Sometimes it took us a lot of time to access the building. The washing machine didn’t work so we had to call the manager to come and repair it and release our clothes which were trapped in it. Apart from that no issues at all. It was a great place to stay with a grocery shop in the building.

Location
The only way to open the apartment doors was by using an app. The app did not work well and we spent much time standing in front of the door trying to make the app work. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. When we contacted the host about this, he had the company that manage the app contact us. How we wished we could use old-fashioned keys!
