The place is clean. The owner is very accomodating also the care taker. You can have netflix but mind you, the internet is so slow its logging.

There is NO STOVE. You can't eat eggs or hotdogs for bfast. You can only have microwave to reheat your food. Most of the necessary things like cups, towels are ONLY for TWO (2) PERSON if you are 3 you have to pay additional. There is NO CABINET to put our bags or things like clothes, there are all locks! There is NO BALCONY btw but its okay.

Super accomodating and bait ng owner and care taker ng condo. Complete set din for light cooking and eating. Also, Apple TV ang meron sila. Sana kahit board games magkaron next time for fun kahit wala nang Netflix 😅 Super nice din ng furnitures and interior. IG-worthy every corner of the room. Overall, super recommended for staycation. Will be back soon 😘

It looks good, but while we are staying, we experienced something disappointing, like all the cabinets are locked, they didn’t even leave atleast 1 for our stuff. The tv was not smart so we didn’t able to watch movie in Netflix of YouTube like other room we stayed before. There is electrical issues in some of their outlet and we felt we are not safe.

We use the refrigerator’s socket to use their microwave oven, then suddenly the whole electrical power of the room was stopped. We called the caretaker and seems she is blaming us because she said the microwave was not able to plug in refrigerator’s socket, she said it was for the extension only, that in the first place they should inform us so we should know, or just simply left a note.

its like my home..my son enjoys the place though the swimming pool of SMDMC is not operating. He just enjoy the NETFLEX 😁. overall nice to stay and the owner and caretaker were nice to talk to.
