I had to book at short notice for an emergency. The host was accommodating for my late arrival, this was despite some onerous responsibilities on his side. I also at the last minute requested a late check-out which was accommodated. The apartment is clean, spacious, has all the necessities and is literally a "home away from home". I am definitely booking again with them when I travel to Durban. Thank you so much!

Aya luxury apartments is very close 👌 to gateway shopping 🛍 mall u just walk 🚶♂️ soo u get everything u want any time, outside aya there's pizza 🍕 boys other shops as well 😋 place is 100% hope to go back soon,u wake-up u leave the apartment when u come back rooms are very clean.last year i visited cape Town Rockwell apartments that place is very bad room service u pay someone R250 a day parking for yr vehicle R50 a day i don't knw where can i report that apartment very poor they don't know people they only need money,for aya apartments weldone see u soon.
They must try to gave us bigger towels those one r too small u can't cover yr body we r not the same size and last thing they must try to fix wifi it was not working i even buy data for the whole family,yah 4 wifi i was not happy at even though they gv us password for wifi it turn on for few minutes then off long time.

Very clean and neat! Had everything we needed! Very close to mall and lots of good places to eat! Staff professional and helpful ! Didn’t know there was a pool so was a lovely surprise and needed ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
