Lack of hot water for the shower

Stay was pleasent, Raju hosted very well and the food was ultimate you can spot peacocks 🦚 and deers 🦌 near the stream at property,best place for nature lovers and relaxation with birds chirping.

The room and service. Room was very spacious, clean, well lit and spacious bathroom. When you see Kohler as bathroom fittings, you can understand the quality consciousness of the place. The care taker Raju is a hospitality school by himself. Hotel management students should learn from him Food is homely and tasty. I believe it is the Leadership - Mr Pushp Chand who ensures the guests are comfortable. Dynamic yet humble person! A big shout out to the entire staff!!!

The facilities and the hospitality is at it’s best

Excellent location for animal sighting. Very courteous staff, eager to assist. No restaurant, but food provided at room as per requirement at very reasonable rates. Only negative is that the place is pure veg and for a non-veg like me it was a disappointment. There are non-veg options nearby and if you have a vehicle it is accessible.

The room was really spacious and well maintained.. the scenic view from the facility is simply awesome.. support staffs were amazing and very helpful… Mr. pushp Vaid was very cooperative…

I like the way owner communicated to us from the beginning, we were little late to reach destination but owner was providing valuable information to reach destination smooth as we have to cross Gudalur check post as we are coming from OOTY. We were with 2years old, They have bought milk in advance and kept ready for our arrival. Had small hiccups with Door latch but property manager were able to fix it in time. Non-Veg food is not allowed to eat inside the room. Overall it is very good, Interior of the Room is Awesome.

Small issues with Door latch and Bathroom latch was there which needs to be improved. Non veg food is not allowed so we have to eat outside in the restaurant.

In the midst of jungle and wildlife. Enjoy local food. loved to hear the sound of the jungle. Perfect getaway form the hustle bustle of city life.

There are absolutely no activities here,priced high for its location and amenities provided,all of us were down with food poisoning with the food ,we hadn't eaten a morsel outside nor did we drink water outside quite unfortunate,staff are quite helpful and friendly.The local sightseeing is a waste by the local jeeps.We have plenty to see on the roadside not in the forest, elephant feeding camp is 7 kms away Plenty of deers,monkeys,peacocks are visible enroute,if you are lucky you could spot elephants and bisons(Gaur).Forest tours are a sheer waste

The food,30 kms distance from the Bandipur Safari park.There is no seperste dining space except food is served in the room or verandas

Room door was bit jammed, hence closing or opening the door was making loud noises. As the overall atmosphere of the resort, staffs, and friendly owner, our stay was pleasant. Hope the management correct the jammed door or any technical issues sooner.

Location of the resort is Excellent. Beautiful landscape. It can be improved in many ways. Getting a swimming pool or a Jacuzzi within the premises can make it stand out among all the options.

Restaurant not available. Outside restaurants are very bad in terms of food quality or hygiene.
