Amazing property !

great place to stay with family or friends. Unreal backyard/views

We had 5 couples stay a week. We each had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms. It's a really cool house for a large crowd. The patio, yard and access to the beach is the best part. The house looks exactly like it shows on the website. It's beautiful and we would love to come back again in the future.

I was very impressed with the beach house and management. Would highly a stay there!

the view, the house, the location, it was perfect. We loved the grass for spike ball and we could see the ocean from the yard. We had amazing weather too and it was close to everything. I don't think we could have asked for a better Easter weekend

The house is perfect, spacious, comfortable and clean. It is better than the pictures. The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise in the morning from the wide porch or our bedroom windows.- the best way to start a day. We played corn hole on the back lawn while enjoying a picnic from the grill. Cannot ask for a better vacation house.

Great place and location not sure if the beds were freshly changed but everything else was very good.

Our group of 5 friends enjoyed this house where we could each have our own bedroom and bathroom. We used the porch quite a bit to take in the beach, ocean and sound of the surf. The kitchen was great. It was really quite comfortable all around and very clean. Highly recommend for groups of friends, couples and families. It's a large space.

This was the second time we've rented this property. It's great for several reasons: All on one level for those with mobility issues Fabulous back porch to sit and watch the ocean Great set up for large groups - each bedroom has a bathroom so no sharing required. Plus lots of spaces to hang out and be together without being on top of one another. It's not in the middle of the hotels, so it's quieter, in a residential area, but still super close to everything. The kitchen is very well provisioned - we did a full Thanksgiving dinner our first trip there, and a seafood feast this time. The only thing I wish was different is that there are no beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. We bought some cheap towels, and rented chairs and umbrella from the lifeguards, but it would have been nice to have those onsite. Love this place, and hope to get it again if we head back to Myrtle Beach!

Awesome property for family. It had lots of room for two families. It was right on the beach to watch the beautiful sunrise from. Great stay.

Very much enjoyed this place, perfect location, whole family was able to stay together here, steps to the beach, would love to stay here again.

Lovely renovated home built in 1930s. Many improvements made. Unique. Great location that is close to everything. Beach in the front of the house is beautiful. Very private considering high rises and crowded beach fronts are a few properties away. An issue with a entry door not closing was addressed immediately. Be sure to bring beach chairs, toys also bath and beach towels, if you can.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The location could not have been better. The layout of the house is great because every bedroom has its own bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is worth every penny.

This place is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the house for a second year. We noticed they made several nice improvements to their back deck and the driveway and walkways. The beach is so wonderful and not crowded at all as there are less populated houses surrounding our house. Great location to broadway and other excellent restaurants. Communication was very good as we did need to contact them about a repair that was fixed timely.

You will not beat the view from this home! The house is laid out so well for big groups to be able have multiple gathering spots and not disturb others in the home if desired. The kitchen is huge and so well supplied. Again it is placed perfectly so you can cook up a storm while others are sleeping in. The bar area was a really nice bonus and had its own ice maker under the bar which was used a ton. The grass yard in the back was such a nice space to be able to run around with the kids and throw a football, never realized how great it was to have that option. The back deck is outfitted with plenty of comfy seating and the screen porch is a great option. Short and convenient walk out to the beach with a nice shower right at the walkway and another convenient house up by the deck. The separate 5th suite attached to the garage was the perfect spot for those who want a little more privacy from the big group. The outdoor courtyard btwn the main house and garage was picturesque and peaceful. One main difference from the pics we saw before coming was the back deck no longer has the swing seat or the bushes that were behind them so a little less privacy than we expected on that side of the house but in the end it didn't impact us at all. We had a small maintenance need on the house and they were there to fix it the next day so Jeff (property manager) was great to work with on any questions we had or anything we needed.

This house from the street is unassuming but once you enter and see the place it is worth it especially the views of the beach.

The place was just like the photos! Perfect for a group of 6 friends catching up after many years. So many places to hang out for reminiscing all together. From the great back deck or family room watching the ocean, to the bar/game room and large kitchen table for lazy mornings waiting for all to wake. The kitchen was a great place for coffee where we could chat while some were sleeping and none of our voices traveled to the bedrooms even while laughing and all of our excited chatter! We would definitely consider coming back!

I was a travel agent for over 30 years and got to stay in some really nice places…so I feel like I’m very choosy. This place checked all of our boxes. Single story was great for my mom that is older. Location was excellent. Right on the beach away from the large crowds yet close enough that restaurants and stores were a quick ride away. So nice to have a full bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of seating outside on the porch for our party of nine. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, ice maker in the bar was dreamy. Ample parking. Clean and everything was in good repair. No beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas are provided so we did hit up the Walmart for those things upon arrival. As well as hand and body soap. Not related to the property but MYR airport is super easy to maneuver. Little Italy Italian restaurant was close, delicious and very large portions.

Location was perfect and house had plenty of room for 10 adults

My family recently stayed here, and I have to say it really was an amazing place. The house itself was huge! And very nice. You can not beat the views from the front two bedrooms. Beach is beautiful, walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee. We would defiantly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for our family gathering. Plenty of room, and the detached 5th bedroom worked great for our daughter and husband and infant. Being on the beach made for an extra special time! Highly recommmended!!!

We stayed for 17 nights, much of it joined with family from New England and Florida. It was an amazing place to stay for all of us. Lots of walking the beach looking for treasures, shopping for the kids, and dominos played on the porch overlooking the beach/ocean/palm trees. We all loved it and made lots of great memories! Jeff the PM was terrific when we had minor snafus!

Had a great stay in a great house! Just what the Dr. Ordered

This place was just what my family needed for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Check in was very simple. The pictures online need to be updated because the latest renovations were great! The property manager was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to add a lamp and chair to the detached bedroom. Views and access to the beach were amazing. Wr look forward to booking again.

This was the perfect gathering place for our family who came to town from all over the country. It was better than the pictures show. The kitchen was huge with a large eat in dining table. The Bar was so nice to gather people. Each bedroom was great and beautiful bathrooms. Our weather was mostly raining but it was still great to sit under the covered patio and watch the waves. Easy access to beach. Everyone wants to come back next year! There were 3 trash cans outside for our convenience but someone else put their trash in them so we had to find elsewhere to throw our trash out. It took us a little time to figure out how to use the stove and a couple of the tvs. Overall a Fantastic Experience!

We had a fabulous stay at this cottage- Great location, beautiful grounds, well kept. The house is HUGE- I didn’t realize how large it was from the photos and from the entrance of the place! It has everything you need in the kitchen to make a great meal- Awesome bar space too. We had a few small issues upon checkin that were immediately resolved. Excellent communication, would book again without a question. Thank you for the great stay.

Great floorplan/layout for four couples. Oceanside porch and ocean view and access are wonderful.

We all loved this home. It was right on the beach. We enjoyed cooking together and eating out on the huge patio with the views of the ocean. We will be back next year 😁😁🏖🏖🏖

The house is absolutely beautiful. The layout of the house is perfect for privacy. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The porch and backyard is perfect for sun rises over the ocean. Very short walk to the beach. The location is centrally located to everything. I’d definitely rent this cottage again.
